I had the same truck.. '77 Adventurer SE... Mine was Black and was a big block as well. Bucket seats, Factory Tachometer in the dash... 4 speed (true 4 not a granny low)... Had the Cyclone style mags... Fast truck and sounded awesome!

Those mirrors are just the factory tow mirrors. I would have preferred the smaller sport mirrors but never have changed them.

@hemisr2nv4 жыл бұрын
Ron G - I honestly can’t recall what we did on the front but the back we removed a couple leaf springs I believe.

Amazing! Are those the original wheels? They look like they may be wider?
@hemisr2nv7 жыл бұрын
No those aren't the original ones. When I bought the truck it had chrome ones like off a little red express. I love my steelers and dog dishes as you can likely tell from my other vids. Lol
@trapperkreeper61057 жыл бұрын
hemisr2nv I wan't steelies and dog dishes too. I've got a set off a 91 150, but I just found out the bolt pattern might not be the same. i dont know what to do except maybe just go to summit and get Vintiques. Do you have a build thread somewhere for this truck? I'd like to get mine sitting this height and this tire size. Looks perfect!
@hemisr2nv7 жыл бұрын
I can't remember where I got my steelies but wasn't hard to get. I think I had them off my '72 RR I had. I would have to double check but pretty sure we just took a leaf or two outta the rear end to lower it. I don't have to truck anymore but know the guy the does. The back are 15 x 275 I believe. Fronts can't honestly remember. The stock 440 was a dog but the new motor I put in was a lot of fun!
@pajacuaranmendez84 жыл бұрын

Was the 440 an easy swap? I've already done one 318 to 440 swap in a Coronet. Now, I want to do the same to my D100.
