I work 70 hours a week with two jobs, but at 4:45AM when I wake up I have 45 minutes to myself before I have to leave for job number 1. I read my novel and have my iced coffee, and I swear it’s bliss, I get up in the morning just for that ritual lol. Also thanks so much for the freezing coffee tip!!! Super smart!

So right after work, I hop in and take a bath or a shower and it puts me right to sleep. I’m working a ton right now since school hasn’t started, but hoping to cut my hours to 40-50 when I go back to college. I figure if I work hard now, I can party later 🥳

seven o’clock is my wake up time too, i find it’s perfect for me as someone who is more of a morning person & needs to feel accomplished in the morning in order to not let go of the entire day. i feel it is a more realistic time, whenever i watch those ‘six am’ or ‘five am’ wake up productive videos my soul escapes my body because i could not go to sleep that early - i’d have no social life & i’m a terrible sleeper & need evening wind down time before even sleeping. in the morning i wake up, open my kitchen & living room curtains first, then i go back & make my bed. change into workout clothes, do a stretch routine, an exercise routine, and then i meditate. then i shower, do my skincare, brush my teeth, change, and all those bits to get ready for the day. i would like to try & add in journaling next month. i prefer to read in the evenings, as i mostly read fiction & i find reading fiction helps my mind escape & not think of all my stresses and past mistakes when trying to sleep. reading also helps my eyes tire in a good way. so around nine i start the whole take my makeup off, i often take a relaxing bath, i usually do hair washing during evenings because my hair is a nightmare that takes a ton of time, haha, i could never do it in the morning; get ready for bed. then once ten hits i spend some time doing my to-do list & such for the next day to unload my mind, then i get in bed, read, and go to sleep.

I love waking up early! I try to make all of my self care/goal tasks/daily habits in the morning because I find it really easy to "forget" to do the things I really want to do throughout the day, specially working and studying. I have a loooooong morning routine but a very complete one (exercise, journaling, bujo, shower, makeup, language studies, meditation). I loved the video :)

I just started my journey to becoming a morning person. Used to wake up at 10 a.m. at the earliest. Now I'm waking up at 8 a.m. My goal is to wake up at 6 a.m. It's so hard but so rewarding. I feel like I have more time in the day to accomplish things and be great. I've been documenting my journey and will have a video up on my channel soon!

I fit my self care in at night. I have to get up at 6:30 for work in order to get there at 8, and I don't have a lot of time to do much besides eat and get dressed. I do all of my self care at night as a way to recharge. Self care usually involves doing my skin care routine and watching some TV, but it also includes journaling and planning sometimes.

One tip I have for preparing iced coffee is to simply make it the night before and put it in the refrigerator. Then it's ready to go first thing in the morning!

On weekends my self care starts at 8am and goes til 3pm. On weekdays, self care starts right after work, usually around 5:30pm. I also time block my days to include organizing, taking baths, tarot, journaling, reading self development books, and learning from watching KZbin videos like yours! :)

I LOVE my La Roche Posay Anthelios 50 Mineral sunscreen (regular and the tinted are a staple for me.) Same price point as the Lancome and seems similar in texture. If you aren't into mineral sunscreens, they do make the Anthelios 60. Though, I haven't tried that version. I can't say enough good things about this product!

I am not a morning person at all!! I wake up for work and work alone. So, whatever routine I have in the morning it's really just to get me alert and ready to check in with my teammates online - since we're still working from home. I live with my parents and siblings so by the time I finish work in the evening I'm usually spending time with my family. This leaves me with me time/self-care routine late at night! Usually, by the time everyone is gone to their rooms for the night, I finally have the motivation to do something for myself.

I wake up at 5:30AM cause I have to come to work before 7:00. I wish I had time for coffee and breakfast, but I’m not able to wake up earlier, so I eat at work. I try to make some self care before going to bed, but I’m not so regular. But on weekends I make yoga and breakfast first time in the morning and I love it! :D I try to read regularly in the evening.

Your bed and pillows are so cute and I need to buy those fish ice cubes like now! As for self care, I really don’t wake up early in the morning unless it’s for school or something important and I guess self care for me is fit in at different points in the day when I am doing different activities. Like today I am continuing a small painting project I began about a week ago on this little pink hand pouch thing and have been using that for some me time away from the crazy upstairs in my house. I am enrolled in dance classes as well so that’s a good get-my-body moving activity for the beginning of the week. (The bag is painted with big sunflowers on one side and I’m doing a pink sunset with small sunflowers on the other side)

I wish I could be more of a morning person, just because watching the sunrise on the occassional early morning is one of my favourite activities, and I do think I'd be more productive if I woke up before 8. But alas, I am not there yet. My favourite self-care activity, especially in the summer, is to go for a walk at dusk. Watching the sunrise and the hues in the sky change, feel the soft breeze, and the air cool down, that's otherwordly. Thank god I live surrounded by nature. My self-care also includes journalling, having a bullet journal, listening to music, and watching videos such as yours - they are so calming.

I usually spread my self-care routines throughout the day. For example, I always read an hour before sleep, but face masks and journaling are usually during the day (that’s because I don’t work currently 😬😬)

I get up usually anytime between 5:30 and 9:30, depending on how well I slept, if I'm leaving the house etc. I make coffee, and then sit at my desk, open the youversion Bible app and have it read to me while I check my to do list, check email and just relax and drink my coffee. Sundays, if I get up early, I listen to a chapter from book on Audible (currently listening to The Broken Way, by Ann Voskamp) and have coffee. If it is almost time for my church livestream, I go back to bed with my coffee and watch the livestream, and do the Audible book later. I take notes in my bullet journal on sundays. Weekdays I usually play in my Happy Planner. I call this time Jesus 'n' Coffee.

My morning routine is waking up at 6:30, go straight to the kitchen, eat and pack lunch for school(cuz I am not gonna spend money on food at school cuz I am cheap:)). Then I pick the clothes for the day, brush my hair and teeth, put on some makeup and maybe do some skin care. If I have to I pack my back pack but if I don't then I use the remaining time to maybe make coffee or tea and watch tv or be on social media. Then I skate to school at 7:30.

Some really good quality sunscreen is Neutrogena ultra sheer. It does leave a bit of any oily texture (works for me coz dry skin) which kinda dries up after a while. But this has been one of the better sunscreens I've come across.

Here are some recommendations for sunscreen! These are just the ones that I'm personally looking into and planning on getting. I have dry skin and heard that these are very comfortable to wear and help provide some hydration. - Biore UV sunscreen. You can usually find this at asian stores or you can order it online on amazon. Very watery consistency and I've heard that it's very hydrating. It has SPF 50 and it applies on clear. - Another good dupe for the Biore sunscreen that is probably easier to find is the Neutrogena hydro boost sunscreen and you can probably find this at your local drugstore for around 15-20 CAD. They sell a pack of three of them at costco for around 25 CAD which is the best bang for your buck. If you don't want three bottles, you can split it with your friends! I believe it's around SPF 30. - Purito centella suncreen. I believe you can find this on the American Amazon page or on yesstyle. This is also SPF 50. Hope this helped! P.S I'm also 23 and finding myself gravitating towards the "no makeup" makeup look. I recently bought the MAC face and body foundation as well the Glossier cloud paints and other products from them and it's life changing. So easy to apply and it's a nice fresh face look:)

My self-care involves stretching for a half hour every night! I started stretching because I have never been flexible but I've always wanted to do the splits, but it has definitely become a sort of meditation and a way to unwind before going to bed :D

Here in Colombia there’s not much time in the morning to a self care routine, usually I choose the evening, I am finishing my career as a foreign language teacher and having control with the time of the day is my self care routine. I have a schedule for my online classes and another for my homework, the limit of my time is 10pm after that I don’t do anything related to university, with this in mind I take the weekends for myself, attention towards my laundry, my bedroom or anything that starts with “My”, and I also start my day at 7

For me it depends to which time lectures start each day to figure out when I take time for myself. Usually my week is mixed with statring at 6:30 AM with a quick breakfast and work at 8:30 and having a relaxed morning with me-time until 10:30 to 11:00 AM. Sometimes I really enjoy this mix, but not having a constant routine is quite uncomfortable, i think 🙈

I'm working 10 hour days right now because my job is on summer hours (4 10s with Fridays off). Because I'm also working from home, I get up 5 minutes before I have to log in for work, so I have me time when i get off of work. Fridays are also 100% "me days" since I'm pretty much alone in the house, which is nice to have a full day to decompress from a week filled with long days.

My makeup routine also really simplified over the years but I realized changes in my footwear the most. In my early twenties I worked retail fulltime and all I ever wore were those flimsy plastic ballerinas (like, those 10 bucks ones from H&M). I was on my feet, often not even sitting down once for what, 8 hours + a day and had those flimsy/hard shoes on. I‘m now almost 30 and my feet begin to hurt even looking at shoes like that, now I only wear sneakers or, for classier occasions, I especially bought a pair of nice ballerinas with a great sole. Man, my poor feet back then, haha.

My “me time” is usually right after work since I’m exhausted (I work at a hospital and am on my feet for most of my day, depending on what I’m doing for that day). I work nights, so I get out at 6:30am. I’m usually hungry, so I’ll go home, make something super simple, then immediately sit on my couch and loaf in front of my TV for an hour or two, or at least until my feet stop hurting. Once the semester starts though, I won’t have as much time so I gotta figure that out lol

Japanese sunscreen is a great option, they absorb fast, no white cast, no sunscreen smell, no sticky feeling, it just feels like essence or serum on the skin. Also most of them have SPF50+ and PA++++, which is pretty high.

I wake up early because I'm one of those reeeally slow people in the morning. Most of my self care stuff I do after work in the evenings as a way to decompress from the day (I'm a preschool teacher so I usually need it at the end of the day).

If you are still looking for a new sunscreen you should visit the some skincare gurus here on youtube (for example Beauty Within, Mixed Makeup, James Welsh, Liah Yoo, Hyram, Lab Muffin Beauty Science, dr dray etc), they have a lot of recomendations, so I'm sure you will find something there that works for you :) And they will usually also tell you which skintype it works best for, if it leaves a white cast and so on, and you can find recomendations for both western sunscreens and korean sunscreens.

I've been using Neutrogena's face sunscreen for awhile now. It works well, but I'd love to find something with more natural ingredients (suggestions, anyone??) Mornings are the perfect time for self-care, totally agree 😊 I just have a hard time waking up for them haha. Look forward to more vids, as always!

I'm currently using the Cerave Am moisturizer spf 30. It's a mixture of chemical and zinc sunscreens. The chemical sunscreens are some of the better ones so its a little bit better. There is a slight white cast at the beginning but seems to fade after a while. I also find that makeup sits pretty well on top.

The Australian Gold tinted botanical sunscreen is a great natural option! The main ingredients are zinc oxide and titanium dioxide and it is oxybenzone free so it’s reef-safe too. The tinted sunscreens don’t leave a white cast; the finish is actually a bit more matte.

I wish I could wake up early but naturally I’m a night owl! I do my self care at night or between events during the day!
