I really love the video! I wish I could end my night reading books I’m usually doing homework or studying so setting up that kind of routine it’s a little difficult right now. But it’s true books are magical!
@FebruaryJulia3 жыл бұрын
For me, the trick to unwinding is, first of all, following a strict course of a routine. Once my brain recognizes the pattern and kind of gets where we're headed, it starts letting go. Watching seasonal night routines helps :) The smell of lavender helps: lavender bath foam, lavender in my diffuser oil, just getting a sachet of dried lavender flowers out of my drawer and smelling it.

This probably sounds basic/ ignorant bc everyone has different reasons for not being able to sleep, but I've been switching off my phone & bedside lamp 30mn before sleep, switching on a green neon lamp and doing sudokus/ reading and it really helps calm my mind and find myself asleep almost as soon as I switch the light off!
