How do you keep your red melons so red I take it you don't feed red enhancers as you have white butterfly , mine are no where as red as yours

Hi mate....1 is red melon and the other 2 are super reds..no colour enhanced food....but I do feed sea food all mixed together with blender flattened out and freezed .....prawns.crab squid .muscles discus pellets garlic..

@@eyeinthesky74 cracking looking tank mate I've got chens discus my reds wouldn't be as red as yours , but I have yellows so cant give enhancers

@@simonmcdermott7052 discus are beautiful fish but can be hard work sometimes as you probably know......very rewarding though...it's very stressful when you loose one that's for sure...

@eyeinthesky74 yea agree on that and they are so skidish I've had mie about 8 months and they still get spooked . Are yours asian or german

They all Asian mate...32 of them cost about £6000😅 I think the more discus you put together the less these are skittish but keep 2 or 3 or small amount can make them hide abit........ I think safety in numbers brings them out

He has plenty of space in that tank it's 8 feet long , discus only need 25 to 30 ltrs of water space
