God bless, 91 and most ppl in their 60s can't do that. Bless him with 20 more years. 🙏

Cool! I heard a heart researcher say: "The only thing we can be certain about medicine 20 years in the future, how wrong we sill be proved by how many things we got wrong today"

Mr. P was the same way about his daily runs. I remember as a kid thinking he was a little nutty especially about some of his health habits but the older i get the more i realize he was directly on the money with that stuff. Guy hunted with a bow every season into his 60s. I have never known anyone else like him

Your Dad raises the bar pretty high! I am 82, have had a Starr-Edwards Heart Valve for 30 years, which was replaced with a combination St Jude Aortic valve, and it's still working. Not to mention several pacemakers over the last 50+ years. I still walk a lot, but jogging like your Dad would be a bit too much. Cudos to your Pop!

That's pretty cool. I smiled as you breathed a bit hard trying to keep-up with your Dad. ☺ He'd pass me with the first few strides! I need to get out and walk more.

Your right. LOL. I made some fast paced runs ahead of my father to make this video, but I should follow his example, and run more often.
