Hey Stef....I am so glad I came across your page...its awesome to know there are other people as enthusiastic about the 500 as I am....I currently have two Abarth's....one manual and one automatic as I live in New Jersey and have to deal with high traffic....Thanks for all the helpful suggestions as to how to modify these cars best. I have today my friend taken the plunge into Abarth ownership !!!!! OMG a 66 plate Turismo 165 in white with no nav with only 4500 miles on. (I wanted a Competizione 180 in black with 7" nav). But my man at Preston Motor Park Abarth had the little white gem of a deal up his sleeve.I pick the car up in a few days time and I`m sure it will keep my midlife crises on course for a few more years to come. lol.

You were correct when you said 'Fiat' rear lights.... Abarth did not replace or modify the Fiat originals. It's almost like 'Fiat' is a dirty word. At the end of the day it is a Fiat, just a heavily factory modified one. Be proud of the Fiat name.

That issue is pitch. You need flat ride in order to fix the pitching over bumps and to reduce "jacking down". I have revalved Bilsteins on my North American Abarth, valved by fat cat motorsports.

+Teal'c exhaust is definitely an option! Have been thinking about an akra but also a power motive. Really would like one with a valve like both of these as when the turbo goes in it will get a high flow cat and I may sound rather loud 😂 thank you for continuing to watch my vids :) any videos ideas that you would like to see from the channel I'm always open to new ideas :)

Stef how come you don't think Your front intercooler did much on performance? There expensive. I was told they will give me another 15-20 HP

+Scott Robertson as the car hasn't been mapped it isn't making use of all the mods it's had put on. If I mapped it then it would see a benefit. I just haven't mapped it yet as it will need another map when it gets the turbo but at least now it has all the supporting mods :)

Hey stef, just curious I am thinking about getting a cold air intake , I was reading a review on he forge , when you accelerate that's when you get the power of the intake and when you are driving slow you don't really get much out of it is it true ? What cold air intake is a good option what about a K&n or a road Motorsport ? Or ... I just love the way the forge looks tbh and it sticks by what it says about more power . But will it cause a check engine light ? For causing different air flow

No engine light, sounds great and well worth the purchase. Also sucks air from the scuttle so does suck in hot air from the engine

They are the stock diamond cut turismo wheels. I just took the big scorpion centre caps off and replaced with smaller caps. Also added spacers to fill out the arches more

I bought my Facelift MTA Competizione 4 months ago, and was very desapointed becouse the Sabelt seat position was way too high. So I found a factory who lowered my seats about 2,5 cm. It's sound not much , but becouse of the Sunroof and it's middle roof console, I don't have any problems. My only problem is still, that the steering wheel can't be moved forward or backward...only up and down. I would be happier to have the Steering wheel bit closer to me. I also missing the Cruising control...and the 6-th gear. ... Greetings from Germany.

So if I understand you correctly, the coil overs give you a better ride. The standard ride is a bit choppy, so was this change good? Much nicer tail lights! Look like the US version which are far nicer than the dull European version. I want more details on your intake. So many options, so many company's...whats best? I want one. I rely on you, Buddy! Nope no scan gauge here....sorry :) Old school guy here. LOVE your brakes, man...so juicy, so green! I want some ! I donh't do hard braking, but still, that is so cool. You had it down, Stef!
