A bit late here, but I found your comment on the safeties quite interesting. I bought an AK a few months ago and I found the inverse to be true, while using the extended portion, the safety could be significantly tighter without much consequence while it became very difficult to disengage while reaching all the way out. Granted, the safety on the Saiga is a bit diferent, for example the detent on it doesn't click into a notch in the reciever but hooks under the reciever and it might also be tentioned diferently (On the Saiga it's very snappy with very little dragging). Before I had experienced it I kind of had the same concern that you did, but then it turned out completely the other way. Anyway, great video!

@@australovenatortomino_1741 thanks man, and interesting, see I’ve had a Krebs safety and currently have a WBP enhanced and a palmetto enhanced. All of them at the tension I prefer are very stiff with the lack of leverage and having to reach around to hit the end is troublesome for me. So I prefer to stick with standards. But this is 100% personal preference and I’m glad the enhanced safety is working so well for you!

I started off with a good polish job on the arsenal triggers. Years ago switched to the ALG and started getting a lot of light strikes. I have since went back to the factory arsenal trigger with a polish job and have completely eliminated any light strikes. Solid video.
@conceptualconcepts6.97 ай бұрын
The Arsenal trigger is legit, mines polished from use but it’s better to just polish it up from the start. Good call man

Very nice Rifle and set up. Ive got a kusa 103sf. Since im not trying to spend 2k plus on zenitco furniture, dont get me wrong i would if not due to importation limitations and high cost, so im Running tws dog leg top cover an slr ion 11.5 hand gaurd swapped out the standard stock for a triangle did throw an ALG in and profiled the hammer and polished and Running a holosun hs515cm. Thought about throwing my acog ta31rco on it would jist have to figure out holdovers since reticle bdc is for 556

Thanks for watching man! I would never buy zenitco now. I picked it all up before the sanctions and spent less than $700 on everything shipped straight from Russia. Sounds like you have an awesome setup! Get a 300blk TA31 if you’re going that route. The holds are closer. How are you liking the Slr handguard?
@DarkWolff.8 ай бұрын
@conceptualconcepts6.9 when the Ukraine War started I did manage to import a Russian magwell that took a month but actually showed up . As for the Slr handgaurd and railed gas tube its nice. Though since it's now finally on pre order will probably pick up one of the Kusa 101s would like a beryl as well but for the 101 might try one of the new Jamc handgaurds with the new optic mount when I can afford the funds to get the broomstick
@conceptualconcepts6.98 ай бұрын
@@DarkWolff. I’ve been looking into getting a longer 5.56 AK myself. The Yugo’s are just too heavy so I’m between a KR101 or a beryl as well. The JMAC handguard is awesome! I’m running one on my PDW mini draco build and I really like it.
@DarkWolff.8 ай бұрын
@conceptualconcepts6.9 man I'd love to have a Draco sbr that would be a killer truck gun . As for the Yugos, have you seen the vid from klayco47 he had his m90 chopped down to 16in and changed out the gas system on it. Looks really cool . But yeah kinda waiting to see some buyer vids reviews on the k101 before I take the plunge. (Really it's me saying I don't have the $$ right now haha)

Great video with real preference rather than "me to" stuff. LoL, you do need to improve the dad advice at the end.

Amazing rifle… this is the exact model i want and looking for. I cant find it anywhere even on gunbroker. Anyway you can help me get this?
@conceptualconcepts6.97 ай бұрын
I wish I had any better advice than to check gunbroker regularly. The factory in Bulgaria hasn’t been shipping stamped AK’s for around 6-8 years now. I genuinely hope that they start again soon.

On your sport 1 frontend, did you have to cut off the screw tab? The one on the right side of the gas block for clearance issues?
@conceptualconcepts6.93 ай бұрын
I did, the Bulgarian front sight gas block is wider than Russian spec ones and so that tab didn’t fit
@alexnelson38233 ай бұрын
@@conceptualconcepts6.9 would you say it’s still really solid mount up with minimal shift? I have a 107CR and a sport 1 in the safe
@conceptualconcepts6.93 ай бұрын
@@alexnelson3823 it’s significant if you don’t cut off the tab. However you could remove the female threads and shorten them and grind down the inside of the tab to fit and still have it. I just don’t have the technical know how so me and the hack saw had a day

Since when is putting a couple premade parts together considered "building". You didnt build anything and really its mostly cosmetic
@conceptualconcepts6.97 ай бұрын
You literally just described “building” an AR. I’m sorry I didn’t mine the ore, heat treat the metal, mill all the parts, forge the barrel etc. Sorry Mr keyboard warrior that I offended you so.
@25centsapop7 ай бұрын
Lmao what a stupid comment, you've never fitted ak parts then because honestly the handfiling hammering and grinding it takes to make an ak run smooth is more effort than you take to get your Gucci parts shipped to your doorstep. Didn't build anything xD and you've never built anything in your life either
