Natto has unique nutritional elements - vitamin-K, nattokinase, bacillus natto). Also we can get regular soy bean nutritions. If we know this fermented food’s facts, we’ll be surprised to the power of natto. But I’ve already had bacon and eggs with toast and black coffee in the morning.
Having bought and tried a natto temaki (and gave up - for now - but I’m determined to grow to like it ) this week, I’m curious to see the reactions.

I am into Natto too. I took a Natto-Yaki last night at a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki-ya. How to make it is too easy; mix an egg and a pack of Natto. Grilled it on the pan. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on it. I think Natto is good for our abdomen and skin. LoL
