My angry neighbor

That woman pales in comparrison to MY neighbor. My 20 year old neighbor will stand on her porch and scream obscenities at everyone who goes outside in my neighborhood. But if you try to GET HER to come over and talk like adults, she refuses to step off her porch. BUT if we keep on after she's started it, AND SHE WON'T come down off the porch, SHE calls the cops.
