I think that it can go either way with Totoro. You can see the story through Satsuke and Mei’s eyes, and he is real. Or you can interpret it as their imagination. I love both, but because I watched this movie so much as a child, I think I prefer to view the story through the girls’ lens. I love studio ghibli films; they are so complex and beautiful!

Listen, I have been playing this game since launch. I even got it a day early for pre ordering it. And I’ve been playing animal crossing since the game cube. But you freaking blew my mind when you found the lost item and were able to read about it to figure out who it belongs to. I’m sorry, SINCE WHEN WAS THIS AN OPTION??? I’ve always just gone up to a random villager and had them tell me who it belongs to. Thank you, Mr coconut.. you have changed the way I play animal crossing for the better

I would love for isabelle to be the event organizer in the next game! She could have her own little shop where she could sell party items and holiday related items that can now be obtained from the nookstop. You could tell her that you want to organize a festival/party, then select a date for the event and then you select a theme for the event and isabelle will ask you to decorate the island for the event which could unlock building customization for the shops/museum/town hall etc. So you would be able to decorate the building outsides yourself and maybe even the colors of the buildings. Your villagers would talk about the upcoming event you`re hosting and gift you items related to the theme.

I feel like I’m finally coming to the end of decorating my island (third attempt on new horizons) which has been such a weird adjustment for someone who only ever played wild world before but has been a lifelong simmer. I think the whole stigma around “cheating” through time travel/ treasure islands in the ACNH community is so unique in comparison to other casual games.

The stigma is ridiculous. This is a sandbox game, and treasure islands/ time traveling only affects the player. I have no idea why anyone would feel any type of way about it. If you as the player are having fun, play however you want. That is all that matters. This isn't a competitive game. Having said that, I feel like a lot of the stigma is coming from younger players or people who don't really play other video games and don't understand fully understanding that you won't break your switch from time traveling. Those who choose to mod, also do your thing!! ❤

Your AC videos are always so calming for me to watch~ I've been working on an island that's "Fire Emblem Fates" themed based off RPs I've done with my partner and I've been fiddling with it since March. I feel that whole vibe of "wanting to perfect" a forever island so much! Working on builds and seeing someone's process is cool! The one bit where you talked about the inner child and embracing it, I so feel that, too! I feel like in today's society we aren't allowed to do that. Coming from a 31 year old transguy, I feel that this holds true for many adults and I agree that we should learn to have fun with the media we like! Post edit: Omg! They really SHOULD have added an option to take the Happy Home Paradise stuff back to the main island, too! Being able to at least have an option to place things in a specific location instead of the monotonous thing of picking up and placing down, especially if it's not going in the spot you'd like it to be in. Here's hoping that will be something we can do for the next game at least! ^ - ^ THAT FIGHT WITH TEDDY AND LOPEZ AYYYYLMAO! Lopez, stop! XD

Honestly when it comes to Agnes I think you should keep her around. At least from my experience she's been bringing most of the beef on my island.
