I had an absolute blast with the assignments from this semester! I got my first taste of real 2D animation, and 3D animation! I decided to take 2D and 3D together because I wanted to broaden my skills for the changing film industry. I feel like there's a shift away from traditional, let alone digital, 2D animation nowadays, and a bigger shift towards 3D as a field. It's a little sad, because I freaking love all the old Ghibli & Disney films, and I think the world would be sad to never see things like that again :(

I was an art student for 4 years (I graduated last year) and my skills and works are still nowhere near yours! There's a really huge difference between being great in doing something and just having the skill to do something. I could relate to you a lot though, especially in 2D Animation and using Autodesk Maya for 3D Animation. I wish I could be as great as you are in a different universe, or in my next life.
