Күн бұрын

John from www.okraw.com/ shares with you his full skincare routine that he used to end his dry skin including eczema & ichthyosis and how he removed the wrinkles from his face naturally without using a lot of products
In this episode, you will learn a skincare approach that is not taught, which is not about buying & applying products to your skin to have nice skin, but understanding skin is a reflection of your overall health from the inside out.
You will learn how John uses VERY few products on his skin, yet has, healthy & vibrant, "baby" soft skin now. Previously John was diagnosed with Eczema & Ichthyosis that the doctors were not able to cure with their medicines and other treatments.
You will discover a more difficult way of taking care of your skin by eating a fruit and vegetable raw food diet that is abundant in vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, essential fats that is also anti-aging for our skin but also for the entire body.
You will learn how John has fewer wrinkles than just 5 years ago, and how he lives his life to eat a nutritarian diet that is abundant in plant phytonutrients that allows him to have soft, amazing skin that is no longer dry.
You will discover his detailed tips so you can have healthy skin if you so desire.
It's Not What I Do; it's what I don't do that Everyone else does
What I am eating for the last 26 years to have healthy skin
Stay hydrated with the best water on the planet
Eat the proper amounts of fats that all our cells are made of
Get proper trace minerals in your diet
Eat a diet rich in phytonutrients that protect plants from Sun
Eat Anti-Inflammatory Foods
Eat Vibrant foods so you can be more vibrant
Get proper sun exposure- not too much or too little
Daily Skincare practices
Products that I use that have made a difference
You will discover the importance of eating a high-nutrient plant-based diet and how that can affect your skin. You will learn how John concentrates these plant nutrients by juicing, drinks the water that offers the best hydration, and much, much more.
You will learn that having healthy skin is more than just the products you are being sold, but having a healthy lifestyle so your body can be clean on the inside and the outside.
John will also share his minimal skincare practices and a few mostly natural products he uses that have helped him to have even better skin than just using a raw vegan diet based on eating fresh leafy greens, vegetables, and fruit.
After watching this episode, you will learn how you can have healthy skin and a healthy body by living healthfully and how John does it.

Hi John, OMG! Your skin is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! You are spot on about the necessary connection between DIET, LIFESTYLE, & SKIN. Once I finally understood that, I stopped falling for the well done marketing campaigns that target women...for purely TOPICAL skincare. I use Ann Marie products. However, my results are only optimal when eating a High Raw diet. Thanks for this video! We needed to hear this from you. 👍😊

@@wonderfaller I must clarify - don’t actually boil these. I actually warm water to just under boiling point then add both or separately to steep for a couple hours or drink when still warm. The tea form is actually very healthy as well as juicing which as I do as well.

Great video! Skin care is important! Glad you covered this topic in a video. That said, right now, I think there is a dire need for people to hear your opinion on the vaccine. You have great health advice and having your take on it would be a big deal. Is it good or bad short term or long term... many things to discuss. Now is the best time, imo, while people are getting vaccinated or thinking about getting vaccinated or not...

I love vegetables and fruits and eat most of the ones you’ve shown. I just wish the cost of trying to buy tons of produce for juicing and eating as well wasn’t outrageous especially the organic variety. I’ve tried growing some but it’s not near enough to be able to eat like what you’ve shown here especially for juicing. You seriously need tons of vegetables to have a few juices daily, salads, etc. Those red bell peppers for one juice would cost $30 alone possibly more especially organic ones. It’s crazy what they charge.

John, I congratulate you on your progress!! Very WELL DONE! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 SO PROUD OF YOU!! Healing can be a very long (and tough) journey... and all we need is truly already found within.. the best medicine is prepared by the same body, it comes from within ourselves... I have found in my own urine the secret of eternal youth and healing... if anyone tries it, simply putting urine on their own skin and drinking it, keeping up with this natural (also ancient) practice for a long time, being persistent with it every day, the results speak for themselves. Nothing in my experience detoxes much faster and effectively, also safely, the body than urine, leaving the skin super soft and renovated. 🌈🥃☀️ Combined with a natural diet/ lifestyle, the urine therapy is THE ANSWER TO ALL PROBLEMS, in my opinion and from my experience. WE ARE MAGICAL BEINGS AND ALL THE MAGIC IS FOUND WITHIN. ✨🥂🌟

Could some or possibly even alot of the reason for nice skin have anything to do with good genes and hereditary or nationality even? I’m not claiming that a healthy diet can’t make skin better because it can but I know a few vegans that eat only raw Whole Foods and unfortunately they actually look older than their age and then there’s many people I know that eat 💩, drink alcohol, don’t exercise much, etc. and have the most supple skin with few wrinkles at an older age. It’s an interesting observation...
@o0WarmBreeze0o

Yes, both of my parents are good looking and have a relatively healthy lifestyle, like, I have never ever drank soda in my house, absolutely no trash food were in our diet during my childhood and teens. They both look relatively young for their age. Nevertheless my sisters do have problems with skin, weight, one even developed stomach cancer (always buying processed food, even lemon juice she used to buy it was from a toxic plastic bottle). Then it's me, I am not overweight, I don't drink nor smoke, I sleep early and although I am not raw vegan, I do eat organic vegan foods that I always prepare for myself. No processed vegan foods, no substitutes. I'm 37 and people think that I am on my twenties. Another thing to mention, my relatives from my father side, they were/are not overweight but obese. I always say: diseases are not hereditary, it is the recipes that are hereditary and they are full of clogging animal cholesterol/plaque: butter, cheese, milk, eggs, pure fat from pork, all of them in tamales, tortillas, cakes and regular dishes. So in my opinion, genes are not enough if you have an awful lifestyle that destroys your body and health.
