Thank you so so so much for making this video! I'm just at the point where I'm starting to talk about medication with my therapist, and you really helped me to get some things clear in my own head, and you just provided another perspective that I hadn't really thought of. This is such an important topic and must be so scary to talk about online, and it's honestly so admirable that you are doing this. I love the direction you are taking your channel in - it's honestly really refreshing to just see oh hey, you can have hobbies and be interested in fashion and makeup but also be interested in all these other things, and suffer from anxiety, so thank you for making such amazing, varied, and insightful content!

You nailed what having anxiety feels like. I feel like when people ask me whats its like to have anxiety its so hard to explain. Its comforting to know that many of us feel this way and are not alone. Lets lift each other up and educate about mental illness❤️❤️

I feel this !! I went through a terrible depression earlier this year and just like didn't understand what the hell was going on with my own life. I'm someone who likes to try and solve their own problems, i.e. self help books and spiritual guidance, but I finally got a breaking point where I gave in and went to a therapist. It has totally changed my life !! Thank you for sharing your story and the whole online therapy thing, I'm currently in the process of moving so this is something that I definitely want to try. Thanks love !!

It’s so tough but I’m sending you pure love.. watching this is hard I had to finish it today, currently in one of my funks & I know how hard it is to even speak about all this especially publicly so thank you for sharing! Definitely taking some time to yourself & remembering what you’re grateful/happy for helps so much! Every morning I try to take five minutes to myself & just be still & try to let my mind be quiet if that makes sense & then read some affirmations I’ve written for myself just to start my day off positive AF! Also when I start to really feel depressed or anxious throughout the day I try to stop & smile it actually helps me so much, even when I’m by myself. Also smoking indica.. lol. I feel like once you’ve been depressed or had anxiety it’s so easy for our minds & bodies to go back into that state because we’re use to it.. but I believe in you, you can push through & get off meds!!! In HS I was prescribed Zoloft for my anxiety & it made me feel so terrible & I forgot things when I would take them, I told myself I’d never take meds again.. thank you again for sharing I pray that one day you’ll be completely healed from anxiety! ❤️

binge watching your old vids and I just came across this one, it really hit home for me about chronic illness and anxiety. I've always been a pretty anxious person but when I was diagnosed with a chronic illness my anxiety spiraled out of control. thanks for spreading awareness!

Thank you for sharing your story with us!! I especially loved hearing that you started meditating and taking more time to care for yourself. My mental health improved drastically when I started changing the things I DO have control over, and I hope everyone who struggles with mental illness can do the same :)

Hi I'm having physical symptoms of anxiety Chest pain Tingling sensations in feet and hands My Dr advised me to get a vit test and I'm deficient in vit d ... Since I am taking the vit supplements my tingling has vanished and my chest pain has reduced drastically..... I was so happy But since few days I'm shortness of breath and lump in the throat sensation.... Luckily my chest pain and tingling is reducing everyday... Should I take meds? Will there be a relapse of the symptoms, especially physical symptoms if I stop the meds after feeling better? These two fears are scaring me and preventing me to go to the psychatrist and take meds... Also I take counselling since 2 years as I had problems at school and at home... I recovered nicely but idk what has happened to me since 2 months

I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my KZbin channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙❤

I feel a bit insulted that you have used a topic as serious as this as a sponsorship. Would you honestly have done tis video without it? You shouldn't be using something like mental health to gain money for your own benefit. I usually love your channel, but this just felt out of line.
