My autistic life wasn’t always this easy to create, this is real life Aspergers and i have had my fair share of downs.
Being and autistic adult with other neurodiversity issues creates a multitude of problems that you have to over come, including the main autism signs like communication and socialising.
Here is my autistic life step by step guide to potential.
- Journal every thought and emotion I have.
- Make to do lists but break them down into small 4 a day missions
- Set timers for everything
- Focus with cinema mode
- Monetise your personal assets
- Use apps like, Instagram and Whats App to make Autistic friends, and practice meditation.
- Attend events of interest.
- Believe in Yourself
- Build Confidence
- Use the sensory Diet

All of these tips are great. Sometimes the problem with focus is that people screw with your workflow. The self belief problem is all to real. Been working through quite a lot of problems.
