Mike and Katrina Miller are like family to me. They truely care for people. Their interests have always been in the interest of wanting to help people thru all kinds of situations. Mike also is a pastor, motivational speaker. I grew up with his daughters , and his son was my youth pastor for a while growing up. You can absolutely trust and have faith in this family business . You will find that they will pour their hearts into giving you the best service . We all need to feel important, want to be respected as a individual and need relationships. This is a true family setting for all who walk in those does here. I highly recommend you checking it out , save, and connect with this business. Please copy and paste this with friends in their Facebook, emails, share it with your friends and family . It's a great opportunity for them to explore a new option for service and auto repair. - Trista Williams

I own an Auto Repair shop and every week I get shady people trying to lower the amount of the bill by pointing out dents or details that, according to them, were not in the car when they left it. My strategy has changed over the years from simple signed inventories to complete pictures on all parts of the car and it has saved me thousends of dollars and also to detect that kind of people. They use to press us very much, even with theats, until I show them the pictures and they finally let it go. On an auto business driven by recomendations it's mandatory to blacklist certain kind of people and work with good customers.

+Dragos Sorin buy HD surveillance cameras and point them to each of the spots where you work on the car, it will help you discharging false accusations. Do all spoken businesses in the office and have a surveillance camera pointing to the customer with audio, so you have everything recorded in case thet eventualy play the I-won't-pay-because-I-didn't-approve-that-job" card. Make a disclaimer when you receive the car stating several things, from all used parts will be discarded when he pick up the vehicle, until all warranty conditions and make him sign.

+Alan Chau Since in my country there are no regulations on how much space you should have between the car lifts, im asking everyone who owns their own shop, how much space do you find it adequate to have between the lifts? ( im building the warehouse and i want to make it cost effecient). Thanks again.

This business perspective, is just to enroll clients. As mentioned in this. Understand, it sort of a scam-like procedure before any work is done. It's $50 per year, plus an addition of $100 one time joining fee. Correct? Total of $150 before taxes. Take $150 X 10,000 clients. You know they'll be yours, for say 5-10 years down the line. Problem is, that outcome generates. $1,500,000. Yeah, 1.5 MILLION.

Great Business Model. This takes out price gouging slashes labor and gets parts at cost. They care about the people not how much they can get out of a repair.
