Crazy how teachers can get. I get the whole not using your phone in class and during tests due to cheating, but if a teacher confiscated a student’s phone and refused to give it back after class, then that opens up a problematic can of worms. If the student isn’t working and didn’t pay for the phone, then the parent paid for it and is paying the phone bill, technically making the phone belong to the parent. The parent can go after the teacher and accuse them of stealing their property.

Dude I had a teacher literally just like this. theyd sell pencils to students because they would never return them back. course we all have that one day where we just run out or lose them and end up not being able to do any work even though we wanted to. Nice thing is some classmates would share theirs but honestly when it comes down to it, you dont do the assignment its all on you even if you didn't have a pencil. Now I get some families do struggle financially and school supplies can be hard to come by but if that is the case many schools will just give you the supplies if you just ask in the office. All in all love your videos.
