The bag is a Big Agnes park series bag. This particular one is there summit 15 down filled bag, which is an older model and replaced by the Diamond Park 15. The pad is an ExPed and the cot is a Marchway ultralight.

what temp sleeping bag?

I use a 15 degree bag for temps above freezing at night and a -20 degree bag for when temps drop below freezing. My general rule is you need to add 20 or 25 degrees to whatever the temp rating says and then you will be comfortable.
