If someone has the same problem, I just solved it changing the name to the location file and the file name. For example, instead of audio.wav, the name has to have C:\Users\User\Desktop\audio.wav. If it helps you, give me a like so more people can reach this comment.

I found a solution for this. Add the software to your firewall and tick yes for public and private (see how to do it on the net) Go to date and time settings and select on "on" for date and time synchronisation. Even if it is on by default, switch it off then on it. Then select sync now over there it should sync. Basically either firewall will block it or the date and time sync will block it. Might or might not work for you.

Changing file distention to desktop somehow fixed it for me

I don't know what I did different but it seems to be working for me now if I had to guess you need to have an update all the fact that I put it into a different file forever the reason it seems to work sometimes

Did you find the solution? I tried everything, restart router, changed ip, change file destination, update latest version. Nothing works. It only happens with Microsoft azure.

parece que es un problema de el ultimo update, si alguien logra fixear las voces de Microsoft Azure, le agradecería que compartiera la solución, de momento no sirve cambiando la IP ni cambiando de PC.

Fijate basicamente lo que el dice esq es un posible error por que la voz que el desea usar no esta disponible o necesita que la actualicen y que va a esperar almenos un dia mientras tanto uso otra voz y en los comemtarios recomiendan que se actualize el programa que ese lo soluciona estoy viendo ahora si sirve o si no actualizarlo
