I coach a boys varsity team in Oakland, gonna send them this so they understand that basketball doesn’t exist in a vacuum - there are so many other important moving parts that bleed into hoops and vis versa. It's hard to be into school when you're utterly in love with the game of basketball 😂 through all of middle/high school and college, my mind was only on basketball and needless to say, I didn't even finish 😂. We’re your academic struggles based upon not applying yourself/ focusing entirely upon hoops or just that it was genuinely tough for you? Real question, not trying to insult you. It’s just that when I listen to you talk you don’t seem as though you’d have a 2.0. However I do understand that there are different types of intelligence and you cannot always measure it conventionally with curriculum based testing etc.
