Do you have a video showing the best way to tight line? I have tried and it’s so difficult for me. Lol I’ve learned from you that now that I’m almost 50 I shouldn’t do liner on the top.

I use Mary Kay waterproof mascara in black and I love it! It’s very smooth and does not clump.

I have very long eyelashes.. I curl them and use waterproof.. also if you use your blow dryer to heat up your eyelash curler they will last longer as well..

I have very straight eyelashes and I use the waterproof mascara because I really believe it just holds the curl a little better.

I was having steady periods until I was 55, every 28 days like clockwork. Never tapered off or became heavier , just stopped. Never hot flashes etc. The better you take care of yourself, many times the easier menopause will be.

I started this journey 12 years ago, at the age of 39. More recently, I have skipped a couple periods, and some months I have 2. This is typical during phasing-out, so I know I am getting there. We run labs every quarter to pay close attention and make modifications to my HRT regime. While I take care of myself in many areas, the last two to three years have been brutal, so for me, the 'better you take care of yourself', didn't pan out. Glad you have had an easy road and remained consistent. Many women sail right through. I hope it continues for you.

Would love a video on your skin care routine in the car while on the road ; I’ve always been curious about the routine and how you’ve perfected it. Love it! And always love your empties videos; always a lot of fun, and I have enjoyed trying a few new products that you’ve recommended in several of these. Thank you for taking the time out on a busy day to film and share this one with us! ☺️

I am right there with you on the tampons/period stuff! Almost 55 and still going, though I know the end is approaching. I will only use this brand, too - they're the best!

I'm really trying to go with cruelty free products. Do you have any recommendations for a body moisturizer equivalent to Cetaphil but is cruelty free?
@TracyHensel Жыл бұрын
Hi Frances. I'm so sorry, I would have no idea of any products. I'm sure plenty are out there, but finding a good one may take time. I'm sure there are content creators here on KZbin that would have suggestions.

Always enjoy your empties!! Tracy do you still use the glycolic pads? ❤❤
@MyMaria1224 Жыл бұрын
Can you link them?
@TracyHensel Жыл бұрын
Thank you, Melissa. Yes, I still use the pads every other day for P.M. Skincare. If I am not wearing makeup the day of, I will use the pads in the morning. As my skincare videos show, I only do one round of skincare on non-makeup-wearing days.

Tracy, do you change make up products (color) when you are tanning? I don’t use eyeliner or mascara anymore because I have lash extensions. For everyday makeup.
@TracyHensel Жыл бұрын
The only thing I may change is choosing a darker foundation. Everything else stays the same.

Thanks to your recommendations I converted to the cetaphil cream. It’s life changing! Face, body, mom, dad, and kids all use it!

Love all your videos! I have been watching for several years, think the first one I saw was on table etiquette. As a Middle School teacher, I developed a six week course I called Mind Your Manners in which I hit all areas I could link to our TEKS, the guidelines from Texas on what I had to teach! Amazing how many of those I was able to connect to this! We covered manners in general, table etiquette, dating etiquette, meeting parents and other adults, how to apply for a job, and proper attire depending on the occasion! Students looked forward to this every year! I even adapted it for 5th graders when I changed schools! This is your first empties video I have watched, but will be a regular viewer from now on! And I love seeing you with June!♥️

Hi Tracy! I have long lashes but extremely straight just like you described. Waterproof mascara is the only thing that has ever gotten my lashes to hold a curl. It’s 100% worth the extra minute it takes to remove it at the end of the day. I also like to curl my lashes at the root, in the middle, and at the tips for an extra curl boost. 😊

I would love to see you do a video about sponsorships you have turned down and why. And sponsorships you get offered that have little or nothing to do with you channel. I LOVE how you stay with products that work for you and you don’t deviate from them. I think the only thing I have multiples in is my eyeshadows and chapstick 😅 I don’t like having tons of options in the morning. I need simple in the morning 😅 thank you for these empties videos!!! I love watching them!! 😁😁

Hi Tracy, In a previous video you had talked about your poker straight lashes and mentioned your daughter was using waterproof Lash Paradise by L’Oreal and had success. I did find that after curling my lashes with a heated curler and using this mascara they stay curled for the duration. Thanks!

I used to use water proof mascara and it definitely holds up your lashes but I really don’t need it so I prefer non waterproof now. I started menopause at 50 and now at 55 I still feel good. Healthy habits and of course Hrt will help keep you young. 😉

My lashes are stick straight and my Holy Grail is Benefit Roller Lash. Oddly enough, I actually prefer to use it in the mini size (better control ). I get tons of compliments with that one. A close second and one I have used for many many years before I found the Benefit one, is Trish McEvoy curling mascara. It is a tubing mascara and really gives a great curl. I am currently also loving the mascara by Liaison. It was a Christmas gift and I am surprised how much it curls and lifts. None of the three mascaras give me raccoon eyes or irritation. Thanks for another fabulous empties video!

Hello Tracy. Where did you get those sweet bunnies in the background of this video?

@@TracyHensel I looked through your drop down but couldn't find it.

If there is not enough room for all the characters in the dropdown, you must shop from the corresponding blog post. It's been set up like this for years. I respect that new viewers would be unaware of this. You could check there. I don't handle the dropdown part/characters. I have a team member who runs that.

Have you ever done a video about when a tried and true product is no longer on the market, how to effectively find another great product? If you have not done a video like that can you do one? That would be so interesting to see what your process would be!! 😊
