This is exactly my philosophy as well! It’s more work initially and seems like a bigger jump but really saves you time in the future. That’s why I got my semi permanent make up done it’s such a time saver!!

My Nana always had laser hair removal. Not exactly sure where. She didn't speak of such things. The only thing I do is lash tinting. Mine are so blond you can't see them, same with my brows. I've never done anything with my brows except waxing, just to shape, but they are blond too. Look into upping your calcium intake to strengthen your nails.

How did lip filler not hurt you? It's always so painful for me and I like to think I have high pain threshold usually 😅 did she do something beforehand to reduce the pain? Xx

I had my under arms done when I was 18, going back in 2010 at a clinic run by Dr's and nurses, paid quite alot for it at the time. It worked untill I fell pregnant in 2018 and again in 2019 and my hair has brown back. Not as bad but atleast over half.. Must have been hormone change x

I'm a little worried about laser hair removal. I would spend it on the stache on my face, but I've heard you're more likely to uave wrinkles layer on in life where you've received treatments. My mom has deep set wrinkles on her upper lip. She doesn't smoke, and none of my family has those as they've aged. She is the only one who had laser sessions.

As a professional, I just want to point out how unprofessional the nail salon girl was. She threw her colleague under the bus, there's a way of saying things, and the grain of sand could potentially have retained in socks, then gotten into your nail.. just benefit of doubt. I felt sad in current life situation we should be rooting for each other because you just never know what happened at that appt... x

From what I gathered I think it was the London salon girl who pointed out the grain of sand. The LA salon girls were the ones who didn’t spot it And do the pedicure properly… so not throwing her colleague under the bus at all

I’d say more as it’s stronger! But then again, I literally don’t feel a thing from my at home one. Imagine an espadrilles band pinging onto your skin, it’s like that!

The problem with the laser hair removal is that it only works on dark hair :(when u are blond like me it doesn't work (most of the time because the hair is to light to ne able to by caught by the laser) or smth :(

im sorry i have to be that person but as a nail artist with almost 20 certificates i wouldn't go to this nail salon.. first of all GLOVES, second of all bad hand placement, it can be painful for you and your stylist :c but yeah, gloves are one of the most important thingsss

You're so beautiful Emily. But you should stop getting lip fillers. You're starting to have a filler moustache. You may not see it, because you get used to it but there is a thing with fillers... my sister kept putting more and more and more evry year and her lips just look huge now and the filler moustache is the worst 🙈

From what I’ve seen, the girls with the best hair tend to have lashes that point down and won’t hold a curl. But the benefit is that your hair is amazing, thick, long, healthy, shiny. Whereas if you’ve got finer and curlier and lighter hair, your lashes are either naturally curly or they’re easy to curl and keep it once the mascara is applied. Yourself, the Anna edit and Lydia millen-Gordon all complain about straight lashes that don’t curl and you all have incredible hair! Swings and roundabouts! Whereas lily pebbles has more ‘difficult’ hair - very curly, dry, coarse, demands a lot of attention on wash day and her lashes in her own words are ‘easy!’ 😂
