yeah, i realized in 2020 that i do not take care of myself at all and just work/sleep. since then ive been a lot more selfish with my time, i go to the gym often, been looking into skin care products, getting massages, drinking less, and eating healthier. people quitting their jobs really inspired me and made me realize that you don't have to just be a slave.

The wind in your hair...🚴♀️...lovely thoughts. My wheelchair only does 6 m.p.h., but on certain autumn afternoons it feels like a bike. Good luck with your list, especially the traveling.💚

Best of luck with all your goals! It’s always good to have a list, but please don’t beat yourself up if you don’t get to them all. Lists are wishes and possibilities, but not accomplishing all of the items should never make you feel like a failure. One thing at a time, one day at a time. You’re so far ahead of so many people. What you’ve accomplished so far is truly impressive. Don’t forget to also see what you’ve already done and be proud. :) Really great list though, and it made me feel motivated as well. Thanks Lia!💜

You could combine your solo trip with getting back on your bike or the same with your city tours (if you can get Ach on a push bike). There's nothing like discovering new places whilst on a bicycle!

Home ownership is great! I’ve one place currently that’s a multifamily where I rent out the other side. I’m getting another sometime after summer. Keep hunting, it’ll be rewarding when you get to say it’s yours. 👍

Lia, I encourage you to be diligent in your PT. It’s a luxury to blow it off bc the bod is still being forgiving. Also, 100% love the idea to live somewhere for a month + spontaneous solo vacation!

Aw, Lia, what a lovely list. I can relate to some of those too. You can do it! You're a very determined women. You made me laugh at a few of your comments! I love riding my bicycle. Since I was a child, it was my ticket to freedom. I now ride sometimes up to !0 miles at a time. It sounds like a lot, but that is only bicycling for about an hour or so straight. It's my time alone to think and also do cardio. Also, I just want to say that you look beautiful in this video and your eyebrows look great! Take care!

Lia. You have inspired me to book a spontaneous trip. I have 3 days in September fir vacation and I've been thinking what do I want to do..seeing how I'm single I'm always faced with doing things alone so I find myself not doing them...but I am definitely going to this time..I always tell others to fo it but I haven't made the same effort.

For a patreon perk you could offer inspirational words of encouragement. You and Joel are both kind and positive. I find you both to be an inspiration-your bucket list is alot like mine. I like to keep a running list of goals and I love to get them done and watch them gradually drop off the list. I kind of mix my long and short term goals together. Thanks for your channel-I have enjoyed your and Joel’s channels for several years now.

Lia: I recommend Utah for a ski trip. You can stay in Salt Lake City and travel to a different resort each day. At least research it. If you go to Colorado you will be typically limited to one resort since it takes hours to get from one resort to another since they are so far apart.
@conniwitzig95232 жыл бұрын
Summit county in Colorado has 5 different areas to ski close to one another . You can buy a pass for all. Breckinridge, keystone, Arapaho basin , vail and I forget the other one.

Lia, my husband and I attended a wine tasting, last night. We learned about how Greece takes care of their vines with the wind. So interesting, and wow Greece produces amazing white wine.This comes from a picky wine drinker of many, many years. Now, I want to visit Greece. Wishing you a wonderful birthday. For a residential home: prices will come down, as the interest rate increase, and inflation will make the housing market decline to buy. I am waiting for the collapse to buy investment property. I reside in the States, and the crime in NYC is absolutely horrible. You could offer me the Presidential Suite at The Peninsula Hotel, and I would decline. Go to Japan. For the States: Vail or Aspen for skiing. The Ritz in Vail is preferred over the Four Seasons. Very close to a ski lift. Although, Aspen is very posh to Vail; however, Vail reminds me of a European village. Lovely to see you via vlog, and your voice is beautiful.
