Great video watched yours followed by a few other people's videos, just got a Bugout and it was mad leaning to the left but it bothered me oh so slightly. I ended up doing the paper trick but went on both sides and kept thickening the paper on each side, after that i did the screw and pivot tightening. Took out the paper losing the pivot a bit so it drop shuts and opens fast then boom after a few playing around it actually stayed true. To be honest tho if it goes back im just be like whaaatever haha

Mine was perfectly centred out of the box, not a free droper though but it's getting better every day, love the knife just gotta get a deep carry pocket clip. Great video thanks, good to know these things.

I did tell the knife shop to take it out of the box and check the knife as I wasn't gonna exept it if it had any manufacturing falts, blade centering being one of them, for that price it was going to be sent back, nothing worse than being disappointed after wanting it so bad.

Do you have any tips for when a blade isn't centered/aligned when deployed? I got a FOX Knives Chnops, and the blade leans to one side when deployed. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it, the action is fine, it's perfectly centered when closed etc. It's baffling me a bit. I took it apart and found one of the liners was warped, so i straightened it, but it made zero difference. It's a strange little knife tbh.

First benchmade I ever got was favoring the left side heavy and tried every trick in the book to fix it. I just recomend not even getting one.

I have known this trick for years.. But it just won't work on my super freek and it's really annoying. Mines forever uncentered

Yes sir that’s where I’ve been getting my knives for about 3 years and I’ve had great service. But I noticed that you have quite a few rough ryders and I don’t believe they sell those at blades? Maybe I haven’t looked hard enough. Plus I live in Ontario and it costs me about 12$ shipping! Last time because of the strike it was 14$ with purolator. But I can’t knock their service and I’ve always been satisfied. I’m actually going to order a case Barlow tonight!

tuf fer Yes great service at BC. Amazon has some really good sellers for RR’s. Delivery times were better than eBay too.
