I'm a kinetic dash enjoyer but I found it hard to justify the cost versus the value of Surge upgrade. The range is unnecessary versus consistent items, the duration isn't needed, and it requires too much attention to get value out of. The most natural seeming use case would be to use free dash to empower 2 (gun buff duration) and chase. It's really out of cadence on Lash, I thought.

I like to go 2>4 then max Slam. Grapple and Ult are basically unusable without tier 1.

I think this is a mid comment, probably gunna take a lot more convincing for a pro FPS player to hear out your opinion if the only reason you give to follow your logic is "2 very usable high utility abilities are unusable unless you max them first". It's just a wrong statement. It's cool if you like maxing something else first, but don't be so brainless to make baseless claims and spout nonsense.

Lash does way too much damage early with ground slam and I cant wait for them to lower it so people cant crutch hard on him anymore.

Ground Slam does like no damage early without climbing a huge building though and it's very rarely worth it
