Depends how long ago you started the pill. I had awful periods as a teenager and I came off the pill about 2 years ago (26 at the time) and my periods are nothing like they were.

@@doris_91 That’s a good question, just the way they talk about university, I think. Not a huge deal and definitely not demanding perfection of them, but this episode doesn’t speak so well of them. Maybe you feel similarly or differently. Occasionally it’s good to have a reflection of how you come across.
