@@2bornot2b60 As a 40 yr cabinetmaker. The cabinet guy should have caught that and had the hookups moved while it was easy to do. New construction, I normally measured for cabinets and door while the house was being framed. I caught a lot of this kind of thing. Easy mistake to make. Expensive to fix.

A Viking fan forever. My dad always took us to a Vikings game when they didn’t have an indoor stadium. We took sleeping bags to put on the seats it was a,ways so cold and sometimes snowy. Unfortunately he passed away at the age of 95 and never got to see the new stadium. But he rooted every Sunday for them. Today I do too!

Here is an idea for deer treats. The guy I used to buy my horse hay from had a hunt club on his hay fields in the off-season. He would take old round bales of a rye clover mix that didn't sell from the prior year and strategically set them out around the parameter of his fields. He would then saturate the center of the hay bales with molasses and set them on their side. Later, he would see pictures of bucks on his game cameras with hay all in their antlers from where they were getting into the hay to get to the molasses.

I too like that. When I used to travel from my place in Arizona to my place in Texas, my border collie would do the same thing only he used my right shoulder because when I did travel, I took my cat with me too, and he used to just sit on my left shoulder and look out the window. I used to get some really strange looks with cars passing me.

I definitely agree with .mailing memories for Christmas, we are taking our 2 youngest to Big Bend National Park. Also, it's awesome that your neighbor let you know the deer survived your shot and that he got him, gives you closure on what happened to him.

Per the international building code, no inteir water pipes shall be placed on a outter cold wall. Those water will constantly burst do to the cold weather. Especially if the air temperature will below 32 degrees. Those pipes need to moved to that interior wall, like U pointed out in the video. Loved the hunt with Jacoby! ❤🎉🎉

We had a beautiful buck on our property and hoped our son-in-law would be the one to harvest him. While he was hunting behind our house, we saw the big buck in our cornfield in front of our house. Someone else saw him, too. They shot from the section line and came up our drive and drove along the edge of the field to find the buck. It was dark by then and they must have turned their lights off. We didn’t know until my husband saw the tracks. It upsets me that this hunter had no idea who was out hunting or where they might have been. Safety was not in their mind at all. We were pretty wound up for a couple of days!

Be careful with using the pallets in your pond. I’ve been told that a good amount of pallets are pre-treated with chemicals to prevent rot and fire retardants. There’s usually some sort of lettering that identifies if they’ve been treated. I would definitely look into it before you use them in the pond.

I work in the food industry and I confirm that many pallets are treated with pesticides that you don't want in your house or in a pond.

Just ordered several packages of pecans. Will be a surprise for my hubby. We used to get Zip locked packages from one of my parent's neighbors who had a lot of trees. We'd keep them in the freezer so we wouldn't eat them all at once. I do miss Oklahoma pecans!

It's the perfect size for a B and B. You could buy one or two beds on wheels that fold in half. They are single beds. I am trying to remember the name. Kelce looks back. Umm, you are not coming to help. If you can flag it with a tall pole ( like a golf flag ), that might help with not catching the structure. I remember that video. Only Earl and the look he gave you the second time. Very cool on the buck. Excellent present at the football game. A bummer on not getting that big boy. I like your curls - this is a cute change. How expensive would it be to relocate hot cold and sewer line to the back of the rec room and put pantry cabinets in the current laundry room for a pantry/bar/coffee bar area as a walk through to the rec area. You could use existing laundry plumbing also for a small stainless steel bar sink

I love seeing videos of Kelce. We have a Kelce but her name is Echo. She is named after the duck call we uses to hunt and compete with. You should get the wings of some game birds and tie them onto the string of a rod and reel like u would a lure and get Kelce to acknowledge it. She will probably go crazy. Then cast the wing out just a little distance and watch her point it. That’s what she was made to do is point quail, pheasant, chukkar, etc. And then you also have her tracking deer too because they do have excellent noses. Echo likes to hunt lizards and she will dig a hole nearly to China if she smells a mole. Keep the Kelce videos coming!

Look into the RV washer/dryer all in one. It should be a smaller size than a standard washer dryer. It might fit in that little area. the other idea would be the garage area that you are going to convert into a bunk room anyway.

I think, besides moving the washer and dryer, your only other option is to get a stacking washer and dryer. I had one when we lived in a mobile home while we were building our house. It worked fine. I was married at the time and we had two small boys. You just have to do smaller loads. It wasn't a big deal for me. I was going to ask Dejay if she saw the Chiefs Chargers game. It was a good one. Well, I guess she did!

I really like the idea of turning the garage into a bunkhouse game room. When our kids were smaller we always looked for a family friendly, keep the kids entertained 19:42 type house. You could move the washer, dryer out into the garage area.

If you can, ask the neighbor how they worked around the washer and dryer problem. That is if the homes are identical in this area. It might be possible to move the water and electric to the other wall. I like the water heater.
