I sincerely hope that you're family appreciate just how truly amazing you are and how lucky they are to have you. I love to cook... But I'd have struggled with a merger quarter of this work load!. I'd have been sweeting profusely... pulling hair and probably pulling teeth a meager several hours into this monthly meal prep. Honestly; I'd have retired to the mountains and accepted a lonely life of solitude. How you've managed to stay so calm/collected and simply enegerized; is beyond me! Thier isn't many women like you out there, that's for sure. Loved your video, even though your slightly insane for taking on such a task. I can't believe you look exactly the same as when you started. 😯 I'd of been channelling Golem at this point, babling inconherently and climbing the bloody walls of Mordor!. I Just wanted you to know how great I think you are! All my best. Your completely bonkers btw... lol P.s feel free to adopt me... I'd make a excellent sous chef 😂

With your left over peelings, from washed carrot peelings, ends from celery, cabbage outer pieces, & the core, etc. Save those & place in a pot to boil for about 10-15 minutes. Take the vegetables out, throwing them out into compost pile or bin. From the broth you can use in soups, etc. Instead of buying a bunch of package broths.

Great tip because package broths have bad ingredients same as most bacons in supermarkets, they are usually at the end of the list example “Nitrites” “ red 40, yellow 5,6. Corn syrup ... etc. read and understand labels to prevent illness.

Mexican Picadillo: (meat and potatoes) 1lb of ground beef-brown the meat and drain fat. Then add in 1/2 an onion-chopped 1/2 bell pepper-chopped 1-2 cloves of minced garlic 1 carrot- peeled and chopped Let that cook down a little bit until onions are translucent. 1 large potato or 2-3 small ones- peeled and chopped. 1 can of tomato sauce-no salt (then water enough to cover the potatoes) I season to taste with onion powder, ground comino (cumin), garlic salt and powder, pepper, chicken bouillon powder or cube and salt if needed. Cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes. And when the potatoes are cooked through it’s done. This feeds my family of 4 and we usually have refried beans or seasoned black beans as a side.

What is so interesting about watching big portions of meat being put in huge pots or feeding a dog hot meat in the kitchen while cooking ? People that post videos like this are narcissistic in my eyes - seem to love watching themselves and listening to themselves . . . If it was about recipes - it would take 5 minutes to tell about it . . . Nothing informative or educational in this video - so - thumbs down . . .

That’s probably because she’s tending lots of children much younger than Amy has right now. I had 4 kids in 5 years & you just do what you can. Props to all the moms who do whatever it takes to get it done in whatever way they can 💖💖💖

@@SuperSPatrick you know the cleaning part between meals being prepped could just be edited out, right? Why you get anxiety over someone else's life instead of worrying about what you're doing/not doing is the real issue. I'll never understand people like you.

I was so inspired by the large batches of breakfast tacos ( earlier video) and using a roaster for bacon! I honestly feel like I’ve been cooking and prepping the hard way for a long time lol my hubby and kids love having pre made breakfast tacos every morning!! I can’t think of a better way to make bacon bits! TY so much for giving all of us awesome ideas and tips, if it wasn’t for watching your videos I would be doing dishes I’m used to and not being adventurous!! Thanks again!!

This brings back so many memories. We had five children and cared for another five for several years. It was nothing for me to spend five hours in the kitchen on pizza Fridays. We, too, homeschooled. Our youngest will be 29 in 2 weeks and those days were the best!

When we lived in England my British neighbors scolded me on the proper ingredients of their meat pies lol. It goes as follow: shepherds pie is lamb, cottage is beef, barnyard is chicken, farmhouse is pork/ham and garden is veggie. I never even knew there were so many lol. Loved this video! You have given me so many ideas I never would have thought of ❤️
