From what I heard, manga yellow accrues when your manga has been in the sun for a long time, or expose to really hot temperatures. The pages tend to be cheaper and more thin which leads to more yellow also. I hope this answered some of your questions, btw I love this video! :D

this is very true but oxygen also creates yellowigng so thats why old paper will pretty much always be yellow

I'm all about getting people to buy books! Lol, but definitely see if you can find the first volume of whatever you're interested in online first before investing in a series. I do that with the manga I'm not 100% sure about.

the way i gasped when you pulled up almost the entire fruits basket collectors edition, i- fruits basket is my favorite series ever, the characters and story is so good! i hope you’ll enjoy reading it (definitely check out the reboot anime series, it’s just as great!) also, this was such a nice video and haul! thank you for uploading! :D

I like dark, horror, fantasy anime/manga but I do have my favorite romances so it's really nice to see this video so I can get some recommendations other than the stuff I usually look at. Manga turns yellow gradually through time, however direct sun light and a humid environment speed's up the process its just oxidisation of the paper

The Fruits Basket Collectors Edition omnibuses are pricey and very hard to find. I buy mine from Barnes and Noble. Rightstuf does have good sales. The manga and anime are both amazing! Hopefully you enjoy it.

Since you go for comedy and I don’t know if you have it, I recommend [The terrified teacher at ghoul school] it’s very good and always makes me laugh. There’s 9 volumes out now but each is $13 at retail price so I don’t recommend getting a lot at once unless you can find them for cheaper lol.

And the only reason I haven't jumped right into reading I Want To Eat Your Pancreas and Wolf Children is because people keep telling me I'm going to cry! I didn't realize how much I'd be tearing up when reading I Want to Eat Your Pancreas and the author's second title, I Had That Same Dream Again (though this one is less sad). But the good news is both of those are very hopeful in the end, so it's worth the pain when you're feeling up to it! Plus, they are chonky books, so I understand the need to prepare mentally.

Hi there, I don't really feel comfortable sharing how much I spend because each haul varies in cost. Some times I spend a lot, some times my hauls are small. I also don't want anyone thinking that they need to spend as much as manga youtubers just to grow their collections. I would like to suggest creating a budget that works for you, spending what you have budgeted, and then just growing your collection that way. Happy manga shopping! :)
