This video was reccomended to me right at the time that I'm doing some life planning. I've been out of high school for almost a year at this point and I still don't know what I'm doing. There's things I regret and things I should probably try to do, and I'm glad I'm not alone in this.

Haha (the end got me good) You might actually experience "runners high" if you are lucky, so who knows it might feel good after all. You can always train bodyweight exercises at home, push ups and pull ups are hard enough. If you really want weights you could fill your backpack with books or empty milk boxes/packages with sand/buckets of sand. The gym makes träning convinient but in your case you might benefit from traning at home of you live far from the nearest gym. KZbin got pleanty of tutorials and work at home vids

I'm really grateful my dad had his an own gym at home, even it's just 10 equipment. And me and my brother enjoyed exercising together with my Dad❤

A disproportionate amount of this comment will be about myself, so if you hate narcissistics, please skip this. Current 2nd to 3rd year high school student here (not compromising self-info, I swear). Everything in this video really applies. I've never thought about my future self, besides knowing future-me will hate current-me, just as I hate past-me. I've lately committed to playing less video games, even with friends, in favour of going outside and working on doing chores as exercise/practice for my house skills. I've also quit porn for a quite a while now, as even if it's not necessarily bad nor weighs on my conscience, I quite like the idea of future-me telling my friends: "I haven't seen porn in __ years". I despise my past self for never doing jack-shit for the past 6 years of my life (pardon the language). I still spend hours a day on random activities, but I can say knowing that you're not wholely wasting time away is a huge load off your shoulders, and the future-self-progress-bar idea actually really helped me put this into concept and words. I'll ask my parents about driving and really working out later morning (I have awesome parents, and it's incredibly late where I am). I "self-yap" a lot before bed and enjoy doing so, so watching this video while folding socks, also before bed, was hugely entertaining and has inspired me to do more with my life, and for that, thanks a lot! And I hope your KZbin, art, life, or whatever else you plan on doing idk, works out.
