Organising your tools in Shadow Foam can save you time and money and this week, I travelled over to Exceler8 Motorsport to put that theory into practise! They got in touch, and set me an enourmous challenge - could I organised over 800 of their pit crew tools into Shadow Foam in just 48 hours?
This is a mammoth endeveaour and one that stretched me to breaking point, watch the video and see how I did! Plus, we asked the team of engineers what tools they need to work and service these touring cars and I announced the 5 winners of our biggest ever swag pile giveaway! It's a can't miss episode of Shadow Foam! Join in the chat below!

You never cease to amaze with the projects you take on. The amount of technique and experience it takes to come up with the setup for those 4 fixtures in the deep drawer and the short amount of time you did it, wow.

Great video. When doing the replicated cutouts, is there a quick way you have to copy the layout from one toolbox to the next? If it is multiple layers then I assume you just use the top layer as a template, but if it is only a single layer what then? Love the energy and enthusiasm you brought to this.

When doing things like replicating layouts, I can't help but wonder - how well does the foam laser or CNC cut? It's not something you'd do for small scale things, I suspect, but there's got to be a cut-off point where machine automation becomes advantageous.
