From PA. Everyone hates the "october lull" and waits to hunt until beautiful november.. but 2 of the biggest bucks I've ever shot have been in the first 2 weeks of October. The 2nd and the 12th. Early october is becoming my favorite time of deer season. Better chances at older mature more patternable deer and way less hunter pressure. Congrats on a beautiful buck!

Idc if I got camera light that deer is dead. Content comes 2nd. You can touch and see if its warm or smell a bed if you thing its recent and you can literally smell the deer if they were in it not long before. Congrats on the amazing deer man!

Every time you see “biggest buck of my life” in the title, they are in Kansas. Best bucks money can buy. Just contact the local farmer and ask them what they think of the overflowing amount of outfitters. You could at least shoot some does to actually do something good. Terrible how ugly the industry is. Greed and envy always ruin a good thing.
