I think I'm a guitar man is performed by Lee Bach, always loved that song. You can hear it in the background during scene where Axel is in the bar room playing shuffleboard. Wish I could get it on Itunes.

This is available to download on Amazon for far less than iTunes. For some weird reason, the songs are tacked onto the end of two of the Suite tracks. Not sure why they couldn't just cut it up into a few more tracks, but at least it matches what's on the vinyl.

Those songs were by Lee Bach and are apparently not commercially released. IMDb lists them (with no correct names; looks like a user just made up random names for them), but the real songs themselves technically don't exist to the public.
