I have the 2023 version with the same trolling motor. It's windy where I live and I have to say that the 24v 80lbs thrust motor is not enough. If I could do it again, I would see if there is a 100 -120 lbs thrust motor, and go to a 36v system (I assume there is a 36v system). One suggestion, move your fish finder to the left side of the console, so it isn't in the way of your pole when fishing while driving. I also but a 3 bank NoCo, onboard charger....I can't say how much I love it, it is worth every penny. The only draw back is that all 3 banks are 12v, so I nave to disconnect my trolling batteries (24v system) to charge.

Was looking at that boat this weekend at BPS. Also in Arkansas is illegal to clean fish in boat or have fresh fish meat in boat if I’m not mistaken, great video.

I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran and my wife bought/order me a Minn Kota Powerdrive this week, which is good enough for me and fit my bugett. I understand, that you have a Terrova Trolling Motor...but you used to have a Powerdrive. Do you have a link of when you were installings the Powerdrive? After looking at how much these rascals cost, the model you have is making alot more sense than a 65k tritoon with a 200 hp. I would miss the speed horribly but oh well. My questions.....now that you have had this awhile.....have you checked your avg mpg? Do you have that aluminum underskin from from front to rear on it? I am sure I can add that myself at a later date. And....how rough of water have you had this 2 log pontoon? 2 of the lakes I fish the wind can make em nasty. I don't even take my bass boat out in that mess, just stay close to the ramp in the coves. Thanks buddy.

I am looking at this boat and the tritoon version. I have always had a go fast bass boat but the wife is working on me hard since I am almost 60 and the VA is supposed to replace both my knees one day. Almost fell out of my bass boat last trip. LOL How does this 2 log pontoon handle 2-3 ft chop? Where I fish in NC, when the weather gets up it can get pretty sporty. That is why I am looking into a tritoon also even tho they cost more. I hope to get a toon that gets mid 30's at least with me and one other person, who knows. LOL Thanks bud.

Handles great imo, but I have not seen the difference in person between the two versions. This one does 25 or so with one other person. Works great for me, thanks for watching!
