Even less elaborate protein icecream recipes hit the spot for me. Just made some the other day with 2% filtered milk, protein powder (one was whey isolate, one was an isolate/concentrate blend), some sweetener, and an egg yolk; took a couple of re-spins, but it had great texture and flavor. I do love hard boiled eggs, but hear me out... 4-inch silicon muffin cups. Crack two eggs into each cup. Poke the yolks just so they "deflate", or scramble if you prefer. Add some seasoning or not. Bake at 350 for 17 minutes. Can be refrigerated and pulled out for breakfasts the next several mornings (the cups I bought were a 4-pack). Perfect size and shape to be put on an English muffin, but can also just be picked up and eaten on its own.

No that’s definitely for 12 of them. I do 315 for 20 mins on convection bake. I do the same, jumbo ones. Basically just scrambled eggs, but I add in plain pea protein, then top with hemp hearts and some cheese. Mine are smaller but are 107 cals with 12g protein. Love them.
@WolfgerSilberbaer Жыл бұрын
@@paybax 2, 12... any number, really, as they aren't all in one big bowl. For me it's 2 per cup, as many cups as I fit on a baking tray (for ease of inserting/removing to/from the oven). You can absolutely add cheese during the bake, but I add mine when I make the sandwich. (egg puck and cheese slice between English muffin halves, microwave 30 seconds)
