I dislike people who take advantage of others because of their position. My husband a veteran and security company owner chooses employees who are also veterans but have integrity and respect for those under them. My husband believes a good leader treats their subordinates with respect and would never take credit for the actions of their subordinates. It can be said that many of his security officers were enlisted men and women when they were active duty. My husband retired from the military high ranked enlisted man with honor from officers he served under. My husband’s greatest dislikes were brown nosers and arrogance. My husband can rally his security officers and rewards all of his officers when high contracts are obtained. This video shows how one arrogant person can ruin the name of a company

this has to be the first time i'd see a golf moment here but as a stress reliever. i wish the mc was more of a bigger man when his boss kept making him do the dirty work and taking credit. kudo has such beautiful change in hairstyles in this episode. his department manager was so stupid for letting hosokawa's boss take over and screw things up likt that. he did apologize however so he gets a pass. some of the effects here looked amazing on some occasions. this art style and character design was from 5 days ago so i'm seeing some traction here. the shading always gets to me in the thumbnail art.

That's not always the best move. First, her work mode softens when he's around, which would target him as a nepobaby. Then, one must question the passions... if she is in cosmetics and he is in pharmaceuticals (for example), he could not bring out his all at her workplace. But you are right that the management sucks. What needs to change is the system itself... first, set up the computer with a fob access. Install one at the door too so that it assures staff keep them on their person. Have the fob access set up to record what work was done and time (this tech actually exists) and back up the info on a private network. Then, if the fob records show that Employee A did 99% of the work, then it won't matter if Employee B stamps the final document. Or in other words, a manager can't dump their workload and take the credit.

Thought this was a fun story and I get how Koki feels when he is golfing, everyone needs a thing they can do to de-stress from when life is giving nothing but trouble. Also I liked how Kudo at work is different from when she is relaxing at golfing and that her knowing Koki just allowed his company to have another chance to prove that they are worth hiring. Though kind of wondering what stupid thing did Nogita said to piss her off. Thought it was cute how Kudo always brightened up Koki's day when they were around and how both fell for each other harder when they saw how each other were at work.

If this had happened in America, Nogita would have been fired, especially since the incident would have brought to light all of his other misdeeds. I've noticed this a lot in manga, that the bad guys in business dealings get demoted and then transferred to a branch in the countryside instead of getting fired. I never understood that. A branch in the countryside is still part of the company, so the company sends an incompetent ahole to cause even more trouble elsewhere in the company? I know the expectation is that the jerk learned his lesson and will straighten up and do well from now on. But people like that don't learn from one lesson. What's more likely to happen is that he'll try to figure out another way to do what he'd been doing. That, or he'll try to figure out some twisted way to try to get revenge on the people and/or the company who he'll see as having wronged him. In this case, having him work under his former victim - the MC - will give him the perfect position to sabotage all kinds of things. If I'd been the MC, I wouldn't want that jerk working anywhere around me.
@NGMK9 ай бұрын
If I recall correctly, Japanese labor laws make it nearly impossible to fire someone, even in case of gross incompetence. So instead they get transferred to bumfuck nowhere and basically get bullied into quitting
@coppercorn9 ай бұрын
@@NGMK The laws are a big part of it, but there is also the stigma that a company who fires an employee rather than reeducating them, looks very poorly on the company. So they get demoted, transferred, etc. Either they quit, which takes all the blame off the company for them leaving, both legally and perceptively, or they actually amend their ways and become a useful employee.

the only things that annoy me about this story are thus: 1. why didn't he make a formal complaint with the HR department or his higher-ups if there was no HR department? 2. why was Nogita demoted rather than fired for his actions? Protag likely spilled the beans about being used and abused (work wise) by Nogita to his boss, and on top of that the near destruction of a possible new working relationship should've seen him let go and his actions made aware to other companies in the industry or related industries.
