Around every 4 months bro because they last around that long aslong as you get a cut every few weeks 😁. I also use tresseme hold 3 mousse

I called it this because it’s a complete transformation buddy. I know I didn’t get a re-perm, but the before looks completely different to the after style - so it’s basically like a new hair style :)
