A WOMAN who has successfully battled breast cancer twice is celebrating her new body with a beautiful mastectomy tattoo. Having endured breast cancer not once but twice Sara Coulson has undergone 26 rounds of chemotherapy, 21 rounds of radiotherapy, a lumpectomy, double mastectomy - and now a tattoo over her mastectomy scars. The 52-year-old from Gores Landing, Ontario Canada had been considering reconstructive surgery for two months only for doctors to tell her she was genetically at too high a risk of getting cancer again and should delay reconstruction for another year. Rather than wait Sara decided to get a mastectomy tattoo instead that celebrates her new body, scars and all.

This video is wonderful. In Japan, the tattoo is not yet accepted, bashing if the entertainer puts a tattoo. It is criticized that ordinary people carve a tattoo. Tattoo discrimination is terrible.

It's the same in South Korea but you can still get a tattoo in illegal tattoo shops. Soon or later, it'll get normalized.

This brought tears to my eyes for so many reasons. What a truly wonderful, beautiful & inspirational woman, & what a stunning tattoo to remind her of what she’s conquered & what a fantastic future she has ahead of her. I lost a friend nearly 2 years ago this coming January to breast cancer. She found out during her pregnancy with her 5th little one. He was a year old when she passed & her eldest was only 9, she left her babies & husband behind & we were all so devastated. She really did fight the good fight right up until the very end, & she sadly didn’t make her 30th birthday. I’m so very glad this beautiful woman asked for a double mastectomy, & is alive & well to tell her inspirational story. She sure has a fantastically supportive family around her! So much love & many blessings to all of you x

I had my breast remove two weeks ago by Cancer . You got to be strong and beat this diseases . Family friends are very important during Cancer . Your tatoo looked lovely ,you very courageous .
