Great little bike, would love one! Had a 62 C15 about thirty odd years ago. I lost count of the amount of times cabbies would pull up next to me and tell me they did the Knowledge on one back in the day!

hi I have the same eletrix world set up on mine its still on 6 volt bulbs and i've cut the blue wire to take to 12 volt to brighten the lights with no luck in fact I've seen brighter glow fly's and a candle would put it to shame, not happy with it at all. kind regards Adrian.

I ended up putting an LED in place of the pre focus lamp, saw a good improvement in light but the pattern isn’t great. At least I can see without squinting… 😂

Hello again. When you mentioned the new flywheel, Would a better flywheel make the bike run any better? For example when i meet a small slope the bike loses a lot of momentum(( Maby I am too fat for this wee engine(((

The flywheel is specific for the Electrix conversion as it contains the magnets for the coil pick up and alternator. If she's struggling a bit on the hills I would be looking at the ignition timing and the primary drive sprocket and maybe drop a tooth. Loads available from the usual suspects Borunemeouth Bantams/Feked/Classic-bantam-parts. There's a video in my Bantam playlist where mine struggled on the hills.

@@bodganeering Thank you very much. Mine has an electronic ign fitted. Can you tell me if the electronic ign timing is adjustable. My bantam is very slow on the flat, Not like in some videos. A chicken would not fear me chasing her)) I will look at your video and see how mine compares) Thanks again. I really would like a battery box to fill the gap))

@jimmymcjimmyvich9052 you can adjust the timing by moving the outer case, there’s three slotted mounting holes, ideally fine with a strobe light but can also be fine with trial and error. I would definitely look at how many teeth you have on the front sprocket, it makes a big difference.

If you're after an original box all I can suggest is keep an eye out on eBay, also there's a couple of Bantam groups on Facebook that are a good source of spares.

i would have brought a powerdynamo vape system much better easyier to install looks nicer and dont need a battery. got one on my cz175 10 years never had a problem starts first kick every time.
