Nice flight thanks. I'm working on my instrument and about to take my first Sedona/Grand Canyon tour. Tell me about your choice of RW3? I'm reading its the preferred RW up to 10 knot TW. What was your thinking on that in your planning? Thanks.

@robertsummers5264 Yea it’s generally recommended to land on 3 with up to a 10kt tailwind. Generally the winds will favor 3 in the early morning and shift over to 21 by the afternoon. Starting from 10 miles out the wind was reporting a tailwind of 4kt and changed short final to 8G13 (which if incorporating gust factor averages to just above 10). I decided to attempt the approach on 3 since I was already set up, and reassess on a go-around. Hope this helps, keep me posted on your flight!
