Having your kids as the reason and not the excuse. That's powerful. 👏

We have 14 month old twins and a newborn son, i do the 3am feeding, and once im done i do 45 mins weight training, then 45 mins cardio (walking with 50lb vest) and then get all the kids stuff ready. It IS CRUCIAL to have it all ready to go. Love this videos point😊😊

Bro you're absolutely blessed man never forget that. Beautiful wife, you yourself are tall, nice hair, nice beard, you're smart, you have good muscle genetics and most importantly you have good physical and mental health. I for one am a healthy bit of jealous of you. Oh and you have pets which is a key component to happiness. But good health really is the most important one here.

Awesome video. I totally agree (although I do 5am). Its all about the evening. Avoiding alcohol in the evenings is very important so you can still get a good 6-7 hours of sleep and still wake up early.

The only time I do afternoon work outs is on Tuesdays and Fridays when I need to reach the furthest parts of my territory for a 7 am start (2 hour commute) I definitely do prefer working out first thing In the am, I find the gym is a lot like sales, I get the results I want by doing what others won't. 😎

I’ve been doing 8pm garage gym workouts because our 1.5 year old has been getting up anywhere between 4:30 am and 5:30 am. 😂. I think the key is being flexible and doing what works for you and your family, which you are doing!

My home gym is my peace and quiet. I can't stand to be around more people after my day of teaching. 700 kids a week is a lot of energy to absorb! Your last video inspired me to upgrade my "home gym" if you can call it that lol. I just purchased a treadmill for incline cardio. I have several items from REP fitness on a wish list ready to save up and purchase!

I'm in a very unique situation. My wife works from home and my days off are spread out through the week. So sometime I'll train at 3pm when the wife is dowmne with work or sometimes ill go before everyone is awake. The bad thing with my situation is that i live in a small town with 3 gyms. Two of them are 24hr facilities amd the one i go to isn't, and opens at 5am. Which my ALSO pays for a membership ship there. So it makes sense to sacrifice time here and there when the wife gives me the ok. With 2 kids its super hard but we make it work. I apologize for the novel haha. Loved the video though. I've seen pretty much you're entire journey through all of this and its been cool. You and Maxx chewning haha

Very good video Travis. I forsure can attest that all of these tips are what I used to do to get to the gym at 4 AM. Of course I am foreseeing the need for a home gym when me and my partner start a family.

Hi Travis! Long time subscriber here and I appreciate your transparency in stating you don't LOVE the 4 am workout, but do it as a necessity. Do you personally feel you have to sacrifice sleep to make such a thing work? I know you and your family try to go to sleep early, but how early? And, do you forsee this becoming more difficult as your son gets older?
@BusinessAndFitness Жыл бұрын
Yes at some point sleep will have to give to an extent
