Thermostat my brother , just went through the same bull shit . If the engine temp is not at operating and it’s switching on , definitely thermostat . I got mine repaired under extended warranty .

My '16 has been STUPID reliable. Amg c63s. Curiosity...is you car a low vin?? Mine is CRAZY low. I learned that low vin means early production, which translates to tighter Q.C..learned that back in my Honda days

Is it just me or is the middle coolant reservoir empty , I have the same car and mine had a leak , if it’s empty it won’t tell you either.

It cycles so when it’s off it fills back up I think. Btw my coolant is low it suppose to be to the black part.

@ thanks bro! I also researched that these amg motors going stage 2 is not recommended as it can blow. I know the M4 can if you do the crank hub as the s55 does have forged bottom end. How’s yours holding up?

I never heard of a c63 blowing up from a tune. Worst case is blowing a differential which is better than a crank hub. C63 over f82 all day
