Im sorry for laughing 2:24...But bro thats gotta hurt as well as the handstand after that. But I also got injured December 2020. I sprained my ankle by jogging there was hole and my foot went side ways. I was training to get faster sprint speed. I still carry this injury today and taking physical therapy. Im still able to train my skills and workout BUT NOT LEGS. I LOVE LEG DAY. Ima look like a whole chicken. Hope I heal quick. That a lot of time and huge transformation keep going never give up.

Tao, I’m a beginner and the skin on my palms is completely torn open from practicing on the bars every day. Any tips for painful blisters on the hands? I can barely hold the bar it hurts the skin 🤷🏼‍♀️😨

Wrap up your hands and try use gloves when you train 🙌🏽 for now rest until your rips heal. Wearing gloves/wrapping up your palms will help too

nice transformation! bro, i had a similar shoulder crazy injury, near same young age 2011..., 2014 i started boxing...since then (for sure i had other injuries u ll never be free of pain) but hey, in general, my shoulder is holistic better than ever in my life! 👌🏼💪

Amazing yourney. I'm in the middle of my own: i also had to quit my sport (at least for some time),coz i have shoulder calcination tenditis and im starting my rehabilitation process (in that time i will also perform stretching and basic yoga) and i hope to return strong! You are an inspiration!

Hey dude, thanks for providing with all these free schedules! You're a star. 2 questions tho; 1. Do u mean HALAP on the support ring hold on day 1? 2. How come there aren't any pullups to be found throughout the week?

HALAP - Yes hold as long as possible. You can replace chin ups with pull ups. Up to you. There should be staggered pull ups in the programme too so just a harder variation of a pull up

No luckily it was a small tear so I healed it naturally over time. Strengthening my rotator cuff muscles and the muscles around the shoulder so pecs, delts, serratus etc.

Kids don't worry, hormones will kick you around 17-20 years old and you will great muscle mass easyer. You will see all yt coach doing a 16 to 25 transformation because hormones kick and your physique will radically change with a little bit of training.

Hey bro, great video about your journey. I hope one day that I can get to your level. I just want to ask - throughout majority of this 10 year period - were you lean bulking? I want to pack on size but a lot of people say you can build muscle on a deficit but I think would cut myself short by doing that so I decided to lean bulk since start of Jan. Also, I would love to see a video of the skill you gained at the end of each year till now. I think that would make for a great video as what is achievable and realistic - just a suggestion. Anyways, take care and I wish you the best of health, man :)

Yes I was trying to stay in a slight surplus. Didn’t really have bulk/cut phases so I put on size more slowly naturally over time
