You know there is a purpose for the satin wrapped hood.....it’s to reduce distracting sun glares to the drivers eyes on the track

The matte black hood may not do anything for performance, but it is functional. The intent is to reduce sun glare from the hood when tracking the car. Gloss painted hoods reflect light really well and sometimes magnifies the light depending on the curves of the car. That hood is designed to aid in that issue.

I just found some of your JL videos and checked the channel out only to see that you also have an SS 1LE, dude you're literally living my dream! Graduating college in about a year and have 4 bucket list vehicles: JL 2 door rubicon, camaro SS 1le, yamaha yz-250f (you mentioned having a dirt bike in your JL vids), and yamaha mt-07 for good measure.

The matte black hood is to keep the sun out of your eyes while on the track. According to Chevrolet it sounds plausible.

Cold starts will always be loud no matter which mode your in. Afterwards the stealth mode will work.

Do you know if the 2020 Camaro 1 or 2ss with 1LE package comes with the rear view camera? I know that from the 19 to the 20 Camaro the position if the rear view camera changed from the spoiler to the fin at the top.

I wanted to switch my leather steering wheel and shift boot for suede. What do you think should I? Does the suede get worn out quick?

All Cars it’s really going to come down to how often do you drive the car and how well you maintain your car. I don’t use my 1LE every day so it’s still held up very well after about 8 months. But if you use it every single day it will wear down. Thanks for watching!

Wonder if the 19-20 has something different done to the exhaust or tune. I have a 2018 1le and it seems more quite and less pops than the 19- 20s I see on youtube. Wonder if I should do the resonator delete.

Its the same exhaust. Nothing has changed. You get pops at a certain rpm.

The pops are in the tune. GM added it for the 19+ I believe.
