Izia. It is divine. Thanks for this video. I love ZO, and your descriptions and explanations were so informative. Especially the way you explained the Wrinkle and Texture Repair. I would not live without my whole ZO skin care program. It would be what I take. A massive toiletry bag full! Your videos are so polished and a delight to watch. Greetings from Australia. x

Very interesting, informative video once again Thankyou! Except I felt the need to comment re the bit about fluoride being harmful - which I think as a medical professional you should know is not the case in the small concentrations placed in toothpaste/water and instead has been proven to be very beneficial for dental health worldwide for a long time now. You should not be doing harm by trying to lead people otherwise. Yes perhaps there are some non-common dermatological effects such as perioral dermatitis worth mentioning, but eluding to fluoride being a systemically dangerous ingredient is not helpful. Ok rant over. Otherwise though I’ve truly been grateful for your expert opinions and product reviews and you have got me hooked on Skinbetter science and Alastin! From an Australian skincare addict. 😊

I’m so glad you shared your skin care routine and these products. I also have the ZO exfoliating pads and I was surprised to see how often you use them. Do you mix these with other acids or tretinoin as well? Or use only on “non-active” day or nights?
@theocbeautymd Жыл бұрын
I pretty much use them twice a day. I skip on days my skin feels more sensitive or nights when I use alpharet peel pads. They are a great toner to get skin ready for skincare

I love your advice and your skin is amazing!! thank you I have been using radical night repair for over a year. I wondered if I should take a break from it and try the wrinkle and texture repair now. Does it help with future pigmentation that may occur as well as I wouldn’t want to take that away. Appreciated x

Thanks for sharing the products! A few that I need to try! Ania I recently tried the IS Clinical peeling pads really like them, I use them but also skin-better pads both once a week. Have you tried them? ❤❤ also would you use the ZO wrinkle texture or the alpha ret ? I want to use it on nights I don’t use my 1% retin A. More for my neck gets sensitive if I use the retin a. Thank you!
@phoenixgirl11 Жыл бұрын
That was one of my questions. Last night I used the ZO pads and followed it up with prescription Retin-A 0.1% and the following morning my skin was flawless. I’ll be doing that more often. Perfect combination for me.
@theocbeautymd Жыл бұрын
I have not tried IS clinical pads so I don't know. I really like both alpharet and WTR. Think of the WTR more as your 0.1% tret, (if you apply 4 pumps that equals 1 gram of 0.1% tret) and think of alpharet as a small amount of 0.1% tret with lots of added acids to expedite exfoliation. So alpharet focuses on exfoliation and WTR focuses on going deep in the dermis

Great video!! I have a couple of questions. Please. Between AlphaRet and wrinkle,texture and repair. Are they the same? Which one do you prefer? Also. How do I use the Alto defense? Do I use it first thing after the ZO pads? I use a very light peptide serum and also the Alastin skin complex. Thank you so much for your advice. Always looking forward to your videos 🙏

Just discovered your channel and not sure if you cover more on your hair loss and what you did to turn that around. Much older and dealing with this now. About 5 weeks ago I started using the Zenagen Revolve shampoo and feeling little hairs along my hairline! I typically used moisturizing or volumizing shampoos so this might just be declogging my hair follicles. I see a Derm in about a month so interested to get a professional analysis of my hair loss and this new growth!

Just a little confused about the Zo skin retinol product . I was always made to understand that retinal products are so much more potent and effective than retinol . Would appreciate your input. Thanks in advance.

How often do you scrub? I love the ZO and now going to try the Alastin. Does the alcohol dry you out at all with the pads? I live in a dry climate and worried about that being so close to the top of the ingredient list.

Assuming you are getting your hormones, I've read some great success stories about carnivore eating to address hair loss. Also, I've been using Wen only on my hair for 10 years, and it is silky and healthy. Shampoos make my fine, colored hair brittle and tangled, then it requires conditioner.

@Dr. Ania Marie, MD I'm 70, and since the age of 55, I've been getting testosterone and estrogen in pellet form. I also take Progesterone orally. As you know, testosterone is necessary for bone density and muscle mass, cognitive function, mood, sexual function, and energy. Also, it keeps the skin, hair, and nails youthful. I first started getting pellets from Dr. Rebecca Glaser, a former breast cancer surgeon, and a pioneer and clinical trials of testosterone for women. She is based in Centerville Ohio. It does pose a problem for those of us who have a tendency to get acne from the increased testosterone. I have found that if I eat a low glycemic, dairy-free diet, I can eliminate that problem.
