Please keep in mind when watching this, that I am just sharing what I do and am not saying anyone else needs to do any of these things, nor take any of the supplements I take. Also, since it is all condensed into a 20 minute video, it seems like a lot, but in real time, what I do on a daily basis easily fits into my day and around my work and family life. For me personally, I would rather spend 30 minutes working out, or sweating in my sauna, than taking that time to apply makeup or style my hair. But we all need to find what works for us and what makes us happy. Thank you for watching and for being part of this amazing community xx

I agree! I am 72, work out every day---No light weights, NO 'senior moves'. I do not do make up and hair unless we are going out, which is not a lot, lol! I would rather have healthy skin, and while I like putting on makeup when I do go somewhere nice, it's just not my everyday priority, and I do not spend a lot of money on it. I have nice products, but they last a long time.

I had not finished watching the video when you made a profonde statement. I just have to comment. I am 59 turning 60 next year. Not always in the best of health, not always doing what needs to be done to be healthy. Ageing is its own disease. I mean that in a clinical sense. You either age or you die. We have been blessed with living longer. You either, "manage" the disease or manage the potential for health. Frankly, I would rather spend my time and energy managing health. Thank you again!!!!!!

Hello dear. Thank you for sharing your day with us :) I would not pay any mind to any "studies" showing that fruits and vegetables are in any way not beneficial to our bodies! Fact is that the healthiest 'diet' someone can be on is (mostly raw) fruits and vegetables. Organic, non GMO, nutritious vegetables and fruits of course. Nature gives us EVERYTHING we need - if only they could stop spraying cancer and disease causing glyphosate. I also believe that days are shorter in the winter for a reason. I try to not interfere with the natural rythm as much as possible. And as they say "the hippies were right all along" - being outside, letting your bare feet touch the earth, and yes even hugging trees is highly beneficial for our health. "Grounding" or "earthing" is a life changer. I know some people will probably say that this looks like a lot of time and/or money - but health truly is wealth, and I completely agree with you. Blessings
@claudiaglows Жыл бұрын
Hi Andrea, thank you so much for being here and for your kind and thoughtful comment. You know the study that I quoted, and she said exactly that, it said, that fruits and vegetables, or better, yet foods, high and polyphenol, affect our biological age positively I agree with you, fruits and vegetables are one of the best things we can put in our body. I wish I could be a bit of a hippie, but unfortunately, my body wakes up by 7 AM the latest, no matter how dark it is outside. I’m trying to help you out a bit by giving it some stimulation. But what you doing? Sounds amazing. You take an excellent care of yourself and I hope you’re proud of it. Sending a big hug away. X

I’m on the same program. A life saver. I began at 48 when peri menopause started. I have periods at 67. It’s absolutely impossible to have beautiful skin without HRT after menopause, actually starting at peri menopause ideally. The older I get the more I notice my complexion compared to others my age not on HRT, which is everyone. They tell me they’d rather age gracefully. What’s so graceful about letting yourself go?
@claudiaglows Жыл бұрын
Hi Lisa, it’s great to hear from you. And I’m glad to hear that this program is working for you as well. I think aging gracefully can be interpreted into so many different ways and we all need to find what it means for us. It sounds like you have found it and you’re taking wonderful care of yourself. xx

@lisaaustin4561 Some of us have medical contraindications to taking HRT. I am one such person, and trust me, I work hard on my complexion. I just can't take HRT unless I feel like risking a Pulmonary Embolism or ischemic stroke. Your last statement is rather presumptuous and not in the spirit of this nice lady's video.

Thank you so much for your informative and very well researched videos Claudia. I really enjoy your demeanor and voice and in the way you present your content. I have a question about the LDN you take. I requested this anti inflammatory from my doctor to reduce inflammation (I have hypothyroidism that resurfaced after in remission for 7 years) but she was hesitant and did not prescribe. Did you get this drug as a preventative and if not, do you mind sharing why you take it and the results you've seen taking it? Many thanks for your time and again, very grateful for your contribution to all of us!

Thank you for sharing! You always put so much research into everything you put in your body If I were to add up all these supplements, it would be very expensive, probably over $500 per month. If I am not able to spend that on myself, can you tell me what your must have supplements I would start with to take baby steps to healing myself? Aside from B, D, K vitamins I already take, which two powder forms are good places to start? Also do you still spray with that toner you add blue stuff to? Thanks. I have to start somewhere!!
@claudiaglows Жыл бұрын
Hi Pam, thank you for your kind comment. You are right, it is def not cheap to take all of these supplements. My desert Island supplement is NMN. It is best taken with TMG, which is luckily inexpensive. Personally I would start with those two. NMN is what I notice the most difference from and you can get it in powder or capsules. And yes, that was what I spritzed on my face before the red light. x

It really is a full time job as we face the aging process. So many choices! Love your energy & thorough research to help us make informed decisions. You're definitely evolving into an even greater level of beauty as you shine your light & share your life. I was wondering if you still have your SpectraSculpt device you said was too strong for you? I'm interested in it if you care to get it off your hands??? I've used microcurrent for decades now in various ways. Totally believe that facial muscles are in need of exercise! Face yoga is a very beneficial part of my day. Ever since you stepped up & had the Lanluma biostimulator treatment that seemed to make a huge difference I'm curious about how many ml's is your provider doing of this for each treatment? Also, if u can relay what size canula & or needle did she use? Did she hyper dilute the product with saline or another type of solution? You are a truly remarkable woman. Your dog is super loving & cute. I can attest to the power of love between humans & our animals. I have been into horses my whole life. I had some pretty fierce crashes on horseback that led to surgery on my cervical spine with a two level titanium replacement. They've wanted to do additional repairs on my lumbar but I've been resistant...i recently started with a better magnesium supplement plus getting back into estrogen & hormonal supplements which are definitely working !!! My energy is so much better & brain fog is lifting!!! thanks again for all you are & all you do ❤❤❤

Sidenote on the daylight lamp - you do need it to be within 12-15 inches from your face (or less) to get the brain chemistry change benefits! Also, it works through your peripheral vision, not by looking directly at it. I turn mine on and sit with it in my lap in bed about 12 inches from my face for 15 minutes, not looking directly at it while it works thru my peripheral vision. It works wonders for energy throughout the day and helping you fall asleep and wake up earlier. Just some tips for anyone who wants to try this!

Hello, sweet Claudia; thank you for all the information you provide to your viewers. I was struggling with menopause and watched your Dr. Mathis video. I've started on the Wiley protocol but am still tweaking it to see which dosage is best for me. I was wondering about the reason you take both the TMG and the glycine with NAC? Doesn't TMG have glycine in it? Also, just a FYI regarding chia seeds, you should grind them right before eating to absorb all of the nutrients, per Dr. Goldner. Eating them whole you won't get all of the nutrients. I make a chia seed pudding and put all the ingredients, including the chia seeds, into the blender. I didn't know that before and would add chia seeds after I blended all the other ingredients, not knowing I wasn't getting all the benefits that way.
@claudiaglows Жыл бұрын
Hi, thank you so much for being here. I’m so glad to hear that you are working with Dr Mathis. It took a bit of tweaking from me as well, but I’m sure you will find the right dose for you. Please keep me posted. You’re correct, TMG does contain glycine. But since this amino acid is so incredibly beneficial, I don’t mind taking a bit extra. I was taking NAC by itself, before DoNotAge came out with a combined supplement. As far as the Chia seeds, thank you so much for your suggestion. I’ve actually looked into this, since several people have suggested it, but from what I have learned, that, unlike flaxseed, which definitely needs to be ground, Chia seeds can be eaten whole. If I do flux, I definitely grind it. however, to be honest, that is one reason I don’t do much flax, because of the extra work ;-) Wishing you a wonderful rest of your week
@MISSYMINX261 Жыл бұрын
@@claudiaglows Claudia, since you are so knowledgeable on supplements, would you know what I could take to help strengthen ligaments and muscles? Ever since menopause, I seem to tweak a muscle or ligament when working out. Even though I am super careful and warm up properly. Did you have that with menopause as well? Also, regarding the lash serum, I see that you apply it on your eyelashes; I thought we were supposed to apply it on the skin by the lash, like the area where you would put eyeliner. Is the way you apply it better? BTW your lashes are phenomenal.
@claudiaglows Жыл бұрын
hi, unfortunately it is the lack of estrogen that effects our muscles and ligaments. Do you use HRT? As far as supplements, you could try hyaluronic acid and creatine. Both can be beneficial for muscle but they will not prevent you tweaking a muscle. Stretching is also very important to keep those muscles pliable . I actually apply the serum to the lash line, must not have done a good job in this video xx@@MISSYMINX261

Good morning, beautiful Claudia! I love this video for so many reasons… ❤The information is so valuable and inspiring and it’s presented in such an organized and pleasant way. Several of the steps in your routine I have adopted because of you.❤😊 (thank you! ) i’ve learned so much from the information and videos you have on your channel. I have a ways to go to become a little bit more consistent on several levels however. ❓❓❓What would you recommend to somebody starting? What are your top 3 things out of this routine that you would be consistent and establishing if this was all new to you? Thank you again!😊😘
@claudiaglows Жыл бұрын
Hi sweet Sara, thank you for you lovely and thoughtful comment. I am so happy to hear that some of my videos have been helpful to you. As far as what to recommend to somebody starting out, it would to look at what needs a bit of improvement (often things are better than we give ourselves credit for) and then to see what could be done about those, one step at a time. So for example if the answer is that movement is lacking, I would say see if you can get more steps in throughout the day. Maybe by taking the stairs or parking a bit further away. After that, maybe some own body resistance, like simple squats could be added and so on. But I would def say take one step at a time so things do not get to overwhelming. As far as top 3 things if this was all new to me, it would be sleep, exercise and nutrition. I think those 3 make the biggest difference I hope this helps. And I hope you know how much I appreciate you Sending a big hug your way xx

Claudia, can I ask you if you're able to get your husband on an anti-aging protocol too? I'm trying to do that with my husband, but he's a little resistant, especially in regards to eating better and taking supplements. On a reassuring note, there's a lot of scientific evidence that caloric restriction extends life, so don't beat yourself up about being anorexic (maybe it spared you from excess toxins and/or oxidative stress earlier in your life?) Anyway, you're doing a great job nourishing your body now!
@claudiaglows Жыл бұрын
Hi Dharma, thank you for your kind words. I think most men are naturally more resistant to this stuff. But my husband actually started listening to Andrew Huberman, which is a start. You might introduce your husband to him. He is a professor of neuroscience, who has a channel here and talks about a lot of these things. And I give my husband his supplements daily and cook our food. He did go plantbased with me over 6 years ago, after asking if you would, so that helps as well. But there are things he makes fun of, like my blue blockers and a few other things. Though, slowly, one step at a time, I am getting him to come to the other site :) As far as having been anorexic, unfortunately I also ran 20 miles a day, so lots of oxidative stress and my hormones where non existent. But, we can only go forward... Thank you again for your kind comment and for being here. Wishing you a wonderful rest of your day xx

We do take lots of vitamins and nutrients, i love my huge smoithie with all good stuff in it, of course as i get more time for myself, i will return to nakng healthy things in my kitchenl i always loved to do that.and next year balket classes will be in my schedule… I used to run a lot when i was in Europe. I dont really like running anymore, bespecially in sch a hot and humid SF. Yes i need water. I always swimmed, and that part of nature is missing. Hopefulky we will get a house next to the Ocean. I always wanted, but lately fooods are making me to rethink that. Most what i missed is cold water, my Baltic sea. Ocean is like a tea, it can not replace, the Baltic sea, which as you know its so called even on the hottest summer day. Ah i dream to get there, next year🙏. My routine is never going to be so peaceful. My hubby, is workocholic . He works day and night. Its never too quiet in our room lol we love music all genres. And he dj and some days between phone calls and TV, well its more hectic… i uzed to that. If i am sleepy, i will sleep with all the noise lol 😝 I do need that red light panel and sauna. I didnt get for myself, since it would not work for my hubby. Its good that i never got sauna blanket. I was going to get him, well mainly him, its good that i mentioned and did not decide to surprise him, he said no not for him, its electrical…. I still might get for myself. And he might give a try. It would be so great for his skin, especially legs, cause for his pain , he is wearing those cimpression massagers, and badically dont want to take them off, immagine what it does to the skin, its like doesnt breath, so becomes hard and flaky… 😂 question have you tried camel milk? We heard over decade ago, that it heals so many diseases, and its so nutritious. It was nowhere to find then. It was astronomical price, we were going to purchase, but i dont know what happened , we got distracted, and never got it. Now we remembered and its more available, still expensive, but not to that extent. I just purchssed the freeze dried powder form, just to start, hopefully i will find some farm closer, since its now popular… ah its Christmas time, Paris probably . already started Christmas markets. We watch markets worldwide, well mostly Europe, and moscow, ah irs snowiing. Ah i missed that too😂 Have a blessed day🙏❤️

Hi Claudia, I had to write and tell you something curious! The channel called the honest channel is so much like yours but 2 years later it stopped me in my tracks. The lady is friendly and engaging but some her podcasts are you revisted, especially her red light program. I am enjoying my red light and will get full body panel from Mito for Christmas. I want to thank you for all your investigation and giving us such great knowledge. Merry Christmas to Your family and Sam. Mito Katherine

Well done for your commitment to your health. Do you no longer use the oral lift as part of your routine ?

I’m so bummed about the free radical red light therapy thing :( I want to purchase a whole body panel(or sleeping bag) but I KNOW I won’t make the time to do the body lotion every time. They don’t list this on red light therapy websites :( How did you find this out? I’m so glad you so your homework Claudia 😘

I would not worry about it. That is if we over do it. Like I said, many good things create free radicals but we still need to do them :)

Hi Claudia, thank you for this video - it's very inspiring as always 😀. Is it possible to share the guided mediation you listen to? I believe I saw in one of your earlier videos that you was using methylene blue drops as a supplement. I'm sorry if I'm wrong. Did you stop using it? If so, may I ask why?

Hi, I am glad you enjoyed this. I actually do not do a guided meditation but just guide myself. I take the MB on and off, I stopped for a few months and just started again xx
