I feel you, I had a cancer scare recently too :') I found a lump on my breast in November, and the doctors told me it was probably benign but they wanted to see how it would evolve so they told me to get a mammarian ecography done in 6 months. So I did and seems the lump grew, and my gyno sent me to consult with mammary pathology to see how to proceed. I had that appointment yesterday and the doctor told me he wants to extirp it because since it grew quite a bit and it's quite big now (3cm and a bit deformed) he doesn't wanna take risks for it to become malignant :') I don't really have breast cancer history on my family (I think only a cousin of my grandma had it) but it was really scary anyways. I was constantly consulting with a friend that had breast cancer and they were very reassuring but still was kinda hard because it felt like a looming threat buried on my own chest. Hope you don't have more scares like this 🤞 it's so shitty

I can't express how glad I am that everything turned out ok, and I know the awful, awful feeling of a weight over your head and the world just keeps spinning. Thank you for making this video, I'm always happy to hear your updates (I follow you on TikTok but longer videos are good for lunch yk, haha) and the artwork in this vid is so amazing!! Also, side note, I'm really sorry to hear about your computer's trouble rendering. I imagine money's always tight, but have you ever thought about a "new improved computer" goal for commissions or something like that? (sorry if you've already tried something like that before and I missed it)

Jfc that’s terrifying. My grandmother had five rounds of cancer and has beat it everytime so far, but I remember how emotionally exhausted everyone in my family was each time she had a new cancer. My dad would be mentally preparing to say his final goodbyes to his mom, and my siblings and I literally held our breath. She recently just beat cancer AGAIN for the FIFTH time this year. I guess I’m sharing this to say, I get it. Maybe not in the same exact way but I TOTALLY understand how your loved ones must have felt. The constant worrying, the restlessness, the WAITING. Omfg yes the WAITING is most definitely the worst part. I’m so happy that everything turned out alright for you in the end and pray that this is the ONLY time you have to deal with this 😭

Honestly, if I'm listening to a video that doesn't require me to look at an example, it really doesn't matter if the footage is reused. There have been plenty of discussion videos that reuse footage as they aren't the focus.

Honestly Michie, if you only uploaded the same video with different audio from here on out I'd still watch it. I mesh between watching the art and doing my own thing while listening so it makes no difference to me if I've seen it 2 times already 😂 Still, that's sounds so scary. I am so angry and tired, it feels like everyday I hear another horror story about existing in America's healthcare system. I'm also in the middle of health mysteries and insurance purgatory, nothing unusual there for anyone who lives below a certain income level in this god forsaken place. Side note, I had a cancer scare and didn't know it, I think it's a fun story in hindsight. When I was ~7, I had a weird health thing and my doc recommended an MRI. If you haven't seen one before it's a giant machine with a hole in the middle that you lay down in and it makes a *shit ton* of noise. My autistic 7-year-old self saw that and instantly went "no actually, fuck that". And they had to take like 30 minutes to convince me to actually go in, but luckily it was a children's hospital so they had a movie player in it and they bribed me with the thickest headphones on the planet and the Ice age movie 😂. Turns out my health thing could be a result of one of two things, a rare hormone hiccup or a brain tumor (that was what the MRI was looking for). Turns out, hormone thing, yay. It was much easier to fix than sayy brain cancer. So why I didn't know is because my parents didn't tell me until I was older because I was seven obvi, no need to traumatize me if it might be fine. Feel bad for my parents having that scare, but I think the MRI thing was funny.
