I know this video's a bit older now, but for the algo food: I'm really sorry that con was such an overall bust. I'm glad you at least got your merch box back, but I'm sorry you didn't get enough sales to make it worth going through all that other stuff. I definitely feel ya there. I've been doing shows every year since 2017 and 2023 was just a pretty meh year over all. Every show I did great at last year did just okay this year, and I had several I made less than $100 in profit on. It is frustrating to put so much time/effort into new art products and then just not get enough foot traffic/sales to make it worth it. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
