Are the threaded areas of the new spark plugs longer than what you pulled out? New ones look way longer than what was originally there. Also, your 'cold air intake' is sucking air in from under the hood....that's hot air, not cold. A true cold air intake brings in cooler air from outside the engine compartment. Any codes? Could be that position sensor. Not sure if this motor uses timing belt or chain. Following to see what finally solves this. Good luck!

Read your entire comment. Yes, the new Spark Plugs Thread is longer. They’re actually more precise according to the box they came in. They are Autolite Iridium Spark Plugs. Yes a True Cold Air Intake Sucks In Cold Air Mine does not unfortunately, I have to figure out a way because it gets really hot under the hood. We will see if it is the Crankshaft Position Sensor. Also my car uses a Timing Chain. Finally looking forward to seeing what the issue is this time. You know it’s funny when stuff like this happens to your car and you have discussions with other people on topics such as this.

Bra, ford is trash and not trying to knock you down. Had a 2004 Ford Taurus and crap always had problems lol till it caught on fire. Also, my neighbor said that when you go to the junkyard, that's what ge mostly see regardless if it's new or not.

I have a ford Taurus limited it died on me at a stop light took it in to a non ford dealership they checked fuel pressure spark plugs coil packs and compression and everything was fine with mine they did get it to start in there shop after spraying starter fluid in there but then it died again in the shop and he said that he put my intake on and took it back off then back on and it started uP every time but I saw these videos and I’m thinking for mine it’s going to be the fuel driver module but I’m not for sure imma update you when I get it looked at

@@hypersecures okay makes sense and I will keep you updated . Also if you still have the old fuel pump driver module you should show the side by side comparison if there is any visible wear and tear on it from the wiring.

I was just thinking your fuel pump itself may not be broken but the fact that your car dose say e when it’s not makes me wonder if it’s the sending unit unless it’s just your display but I would say check that as well also what brand did you use for the replacement of the fuel driver module ? And also who did the wiring for the driver module. And I noticed that you had bad spark plugs I would definitely take it in to a regular shop have them run compression test spark test and fuel pressure and then once you got that off the table then go back to the tune and pcm idk my mind is going all over the place but yeah

hey so i just recently got the pop and bang tune also for my ford taurus limited and had some questions for you since you got the same, at the moment im planning to remove my cats very soon but beforehand i had no engine light and one day after the tune an engine light appeared. i was also wondering if your car jerks a little bit when letting go of the acceleration. thought id ask you since you have had the tune for a while now, thank you!

@@PaidUp Hey, so no mine doesn’t jerk at all. But an engine light I do have, possibly the O2 Sensors. Check it out on a code scanner.

@PaidUp Cats need to come off or they’ll blow out the exhaust. And no I gutted my cat converter. Technically it’s still a factory stock cat converter it just doesn’t function like one.

The bad crank sensor more then likely is why you got a no start now even tho it was starting before with it being bad

Yeah I’m in inclining to agree. As you can hear it cranks but doesn’t start. Oh well it’s going back to the dealership today to get inspected and everything else.

The algorithm brought me here. It ain’t got no gas in it 😂 when I hit red before I got stranded in mine. Throw in at least a gallon of fuel to confirm unless your fuel gauge or electric fuel pump is messed up.
