My Cat Visit The Vet Due To Vomiting & Not Eating… 😢

Worrying about why my cat is vomiting and not eating or playing with the other cats. He seems so sad not himself at all

I just wanted to address a few negative comments that I saw on here last night. They have since been removed, but I am hoping the people that wrote them will see this. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to bash LaLa for having 16 cats. She has a heart of gold and is only trying to do her best for all of them. When our furry kids get sick, it is VERY stressful for the pet owner. Tough decisions need to be made in hopes we do the right thing for our little ones. LaLa, please know that those bad comments do not represent the rest of us who genuinely care about you and the kitties! Please do update us when you feel you can so we can all try and help you. Negotiate!!!! I hope you can find a vet who will work with you. Maybe if you find one who's not all about the money let them know that you are a KZbinr and you have a following because of your love of the cats in your care. I think that will be the next shore high on your list, to find a good vet! I saw a comment that suggested that you make sure you do your calculations before paying those people and I agree wholeheartedly! You're doing great, just know that you have a large community still growing behind you and cheering you on for your good work😊

One of my daughter's cats was also vomiting blood and it was Because she nibbling on a plant and was poisonous. Fortunately she just nibbled on it but it ended up costing us close to $500 we did have to take her to emergency. THESE VET BILLS ARE SO EXPENSIVE 😫 . I TRULY HOPE BAMBAM GETS WELL SOON 🙏❤

They always do that shit you know you can give animals human antibiotics. You just have to give them a very little bit. I once brought a stray kitten that was almost dead back to life just by putting a little bit of antibiotics in the food and feeding him milk and he got better in a couple weeks and was back running around just as normal.🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn’t have the money to take it to the vet so I had to try something

Wishing BamBam a speedy recovery. Just a suggestion, maybe for now use the donation funds for the camera/Catio to help pay Vet bills. I'm sure folks would be ok with it. This way you can get them all vaccinated, dewormed, spayed & neutered right away. The kittens especially, because they are most vulnerable. We love how you love them and we love them too. 💞🙏 Someone else had a great suggestion for folks to donate on behalf directly to a vet or org like SPCA for the kittens.

I just went through this with one of my cats. It was 250. They gave him fluids under his skin and nausea meds.

La La, just to let you know, a vet hospital 🏥 will Always be more expensive than a veterinary Clinic. Just as a hospital 🏥 is more expensive for humans to go to than a regular dr visit. I hope BamBam be ok... you have inspired me to maybe do a video of my cats, I live in Alaska and I have 6 adult cats and 4 kittens I rescued from a stray mama, I built them a attached outside catio, so they loving they best life... haha... ..I do give my cats coconut oil to keep them healthy cause the food can make them sick with all the additives they little body can't handle...I haven't been to a vet for cat sickness in 8-9 yrs, I also have herbal remedies for them... get well soon Bam bam

Sending healing prayers. Praying that Bam Bam didn't swallow one of those rocks. My dog recently was experiencing the same symptoms. We took her to the vet and she had a swallowed a rock and had to have surgery it cost us 1,500.00.

It is my opinion, and also as a former cat mother checking him out first is a much better idea for $90. They will try their best to get extra money from you with blood work but maybe it could be just something that he ingested. You are a good cat mom. I am glad you questioned the blood work for $200 stand your ground.

The vet is crazy I spent 15 hundred on my cat, thank God I had insurance.!! I learned that years ago because my cat couldn't poop so they had to do surgery, and it was 3000

Prayers for Bam Bam 😢 but these Vets are a trip they know we love ❤️ our animals so they over charge and know we gonna pay it…. You might look into Pet insurance but with 16 cats it could be unaffordable….but there are Vets that help if you can afford vaccines and stuff….it’s usually your humane society and or animal rescue….they have free vaccines drives at certain times of the year….

Get better bam bam 🫶🏾💕 I lost my linky Pooh last year in my arms around this time on the 11th. Came home from work and he didnt greeted me at the door like normally and hiding from me. After a couple of hours watching him, I took him to the vet they did tests and gave him medicine. He became his little sister guardian angel later that night. All being said make sure you do find a good vet that care for cats and not just the money. I canceled my female cat “Zelda” appointment at that vet the next day, I felt like they really didn’t care for my babies like I did and don’t want to experience that heartbreak again. I hope sweet Bambam is okay. He is such a precious and sweet boy. Vet bills are very expensive. I had six dogs at one time so I know. Pet insurance is good to have but with 16 cats that would cost a lot. Just do the best you can with your cats. It would be so much worse if they had to live on the streets. 💜
