I have a friend from high school who is serving 35 years for murder. The type of guy you'd never expect that to come from. He got drunk and high one night and ended up making a bad decision that cost him 35 years. I love watching your videos because it helps me kind of understand his new lifestyle. AND you're entertaining. Thanks for sharing, and keep it up. 👍🙂

Hey man this was one of your best videos. I remember doing time with some older cats that told me about lifers throwing hands over a game of connect4. The whole idea and concept of doing time is a trip. I appreciate what you do. Thank you for bringing laughter into my life and a smile on my face. Much love.

Great vid, Death. Where I live at the moment (in London, UK), there's a guy in a flat upstairs who serve 20 years for murder. But there's nothing cool about him. He's always knocking on my door begging for tobacco, beer or spare change. Given his personality and constant begging, I'm surprised he was the murderer and not the victim.

My celly was one of the coolest old dudes ever he had a life sentence and he was only down for 4 years. He was one crazy old head they called him spider man from his stint in his county jail and his attempted escape which he gained from the write up the news did on him calling him spider man in an article because the way he scaled the fence lol. He was even called the Grinch who stole Christmas for the crime he committed shooting two people only killing one and one survived the victim who was decorating the Christmas tree lived leading to his arrest. The reason behind all this was a night of partying and one of the two victims he killed burnt him for some drug money and the person decorating the tree happened to catch his face on the way out of the house after shooting the relative upstairs. I asked him if he regretted anything and he said he did so I asked what about it do you regret and he responded "not using a bigger caliber" ...crazy old dude but never would of guessed had he not told me and showed me his paperwork when we first became cellmates.

Wow crazy!!! I'm glad u re-uploaded this! I love how u make it not comical BT try to "lighten" the subject but also without glorifying it at the same time!! 💯👏 All prisoner's not bad people!. Alot definitely are!. But some just have made bad choices but are still good people with families that love and care about them and vice versa! So that why I love ur content and u do let it also know u definitely do not glorify it at ALL and let it be known that U DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO GO TO JAIL/PRISON PERIOD!!! I'm so glad u learned early for ur family and ur sake! U just seem like a normal family man and have a beautiful family 💯 I salute U brotha! (in my ol'deaths voice 😂😎)🖖☝️

Man, been watching you for a while now. Im from and living in VA. I been to juvinal lockup a lot and jail a few times. Actually they knocked down the first jail I went too, the old Stafford countie jail, and put up I think it's the rappohanic countie jail. I was at the old one and some good stories man, from asshole cop trying to get me for position of marijuana as a prisoner and about a dozen inmates trying to escape ( fucked up the co's as well) crazy stuff. I earned respect in that cell standing up against 2 guy's waiting to go to pomonkey picking on me and a climate, I was 18yrs old one of the guy turned out to be like a father figure and the respect guy's were cool and guided me to not go down the path they did. I got use to lock up and knew that was a reason to try to better myself. Good luck in your future. Funny thang in my process of getting my life figured out and trying to stay out of trouble I felt like a puss, but figured out it takes a real man to do right in life.

My first cellmate was a woman who killed her husband (who abused her for many years) and tried to kill herself and her grandchild. She was scarely quiet and I was scared of her at first. No one bothered her and was scared to talk to her. She was about 65 yrs old. She was in alot of pain and had severe depression (which is what caused her to be in there imo) but once I started acting like my 20 yr old self, joking around and making fun of all the other idiots locked up with us, I would get her laughing, even telling her own jokes and we became good friends. Until 5 months later they moved me. I still wrote her when I got out and sent her a little money for her books here and there. My only hope is she didnt slide back into depression when I left. She had alot of problems and was surrounded by darkness, but there was still a light in her that could be brought out.

I could understand people doing life and longterm sentences in prison, being ocd in having extremely neat an tidy jail cells. Cause first off they have nothing else to do... An also after so long, especially if they're doing LIFE. They've gotten use to and have accepted that their jail cell is basically their permanent house, an they look at their cell as though it were there house or bedroom. An what's in there is really ALL they've got, so they know where everything is at and have a place for everything. An are extremely protective of their ONLY possessions, that allot of times they probably can't replace.

my cellie was doing 50 years for murder and another 10 for an attempt. on the attempt he only had to do 85 percent but on the 9.1 he had to do 100 percent, yes he was very obsessed about cleaning which I was cool with better than a dirty bum. what blew my mind he would always talk about what he was going to do when he got out, he was 26 at the time , he will be lucky to even live long enough to get out again. I didn't have the heart to tell him he most likely would never get out again, but I guess he needs to think like that so he doesnt go crazy because I would fucking loose it if I had to do 60 years.
